Waited 30 minutes for food. They complained about having to work the entire time I was there. The entire time I was waiting they kept messing up orders and we’re making jokes about closing the store early. I got a club missing the cheese and bacon. My husband’s chicken bacon sub (#26) was missing bacon as well and very little meat. Very disappointed. If they were out of bacon just say something…. No big deal. Should have gone nextdoor to Harris teeter for half the price and with employees who don’t make it an awkward experience. I’ve never experienced anything like this at any other location.

Didn’t listen to my complete order. Extremely skimpy on the cheese and all the meats, overdone on the lettuce. A disgrace to how Jersey Mike’s originally made the Sub sandwich.

If I could give this location “0” stars I would. My family and I have been there a few times and have witnessed, managers, and crew members treat the younger workers with no respect. They talk to the younger workers like they are beneath them. We were embarrassed for the younger workers. The staff (not everyone) does not take pride in their jobs, they are rude, short tempered with customers, and rather listen to music then actually listening to a customers order. In turn, our sandwiches were made incorrectly twice. When informed about it, we’ll just say “if looks could kill” I would not be here typing this review. Most don’t greet customers upon entering the store. The sandwiches have gone down hill and the staff as well. My family and I will drive the extra mile or two to another location, this location does not deserve my money any longer.

Whoever the bigger lady is working in the am on 1/8/23 needs to be told that door dash does not get pushed to the back of the line! Was in here for 30 min after I notified her and she never started the order! Just said it’s coming!! We have orders to do too! This is unfair!
