Worst experience I’ve had at any Jersey Mikes. Staff seemed friendly enough but that doesn’t help with me feeling like I wasted $20 for 2 subs. Paid for extra bacon on a BLT and received less than the regular amount at other locations. The other sub was a turkey sub and had only 2 pieces of turkey on it. This will be the last time that this Jersey Mikes gets my business, Publix or Jimmy John’s is much better value and where I’ll be headed next time. I don’t mind paying more for Jersey Mikes, but certainly not if it’s going to be like this.

I have been going to Jersey Mike’s for over ten years. It has been a few month’s since I ordered a sandwich. I ordered # 13 Italian sub. This sandwich was horrible bland sub and the meat was soggy. I don’t know what is going on with them, but i was very disapointed in the quality of food. I will not go back. I feel Publix has a higher quality product when it comes to subs. Jeresy Mikes is starting to taste like Subway.

We visited the Murrells Inlet location on Wednesday Nov. 19, 2025. We have lunch here at least 2x a week. Didn’t notice until we sat down the amount of roast beef & turkey (#6 & 7#) was considerably less than usual. I took mine back to the counter and was told by the female manager with glasses that it was the correct because they go by weight. I asked her to weigh mine and she got an attitude and refused to do so or to discuss it. Not the first time the team members have been rude and aloof. Last trip to that location. Image available.

Had a great experience there Saturday when we stopped in. We always stop by when we are down. I always get a BLT on white and a Philly cheese steak on white. They are made to order and they do it your way. The crew is friendly and they can make you laugh. Definitely recommend!

I’m kinda speechless. I’ve been a Jersey Mike’s fan for about 25 years. Things are heading downhill there, at least at the Murrells Inlet store. Today I ordered, for pickup, a $17 giant and a $10 regular on gluten free bread. I paid $5.25 extra for the bread. My giant was a pathetic regular. I thought the order seemed light but I didn’t look at it until I got home. For the last few years I’m going farther away from Jersey Mike’s.

Got our food sat down at the table started eating the young man decided it was time to sweep a little. He was sweeping so hard there was a dust storm I politely asked him if he would stop sweeping while we were eating so he just moved to a different table and kept on sleeping. After two or three more bites we decided to leave. As we were leaving he was mumbling something under his breath. Don’t worry I won’t ever be back!

This place is going down so fast, we will never order again. Few weeks ago bread was hard, maybe day old because they don’t have business as they used to due to rude staff. They never answer the phone, that was the case for last 2 or 3 years actually.
Last Wednesday was the absolute last we ever went to this store. Big girl with dark hair so rude and nasty, like she’s doing you a big favor to make a sandwich. Don’t work in the industry if you don’t know how to talk to customers. Store was empty, no surprise here, as I’m hearing from everyone around how they are never going back there. But this girl and her attitude was absolutely atrocious, trying to talk to manager never led anywhere either because apparently they don’t give info on managers name or when she will be there. SMH

I’ve been going to and supporting this location for years. After my experience last week I will never give them another dollar of my hard earned money nor will I recommend anyone do so either. I tried to call to put in an order and for a half hour no one answered. I assumed maybe they were busy so I decided to order when I got there instead. Three employees on their phones in an empty store ( I wonder why) I did mentioned I tried to call and was a little upset when I got there but the one girl demanded proof on my phone because “no one ever called” I went to get my phone from my car and as I was walking out she said not to come into HER store and cause a scene and continued to call me a C word. I asked for the managers number ( assuming it’s fake) and no one is reachable on that number nor has called me back in a week. I am absolutely disgusted by this person’s behavior. I hope the GM of this store seems this. Please contact me. I’d like to know why she is still employed. She is running people out of your store.

We stopped for sandwiches today, and I was really impressed with Amalik (gentleman making sandwich). He was pleasant, interactive with customers, and appeared to truly enjoy his job. KUDOS!!

This place has some very careless workers. I know it is hard to find good help and people who want excellence. Jersey Mike’s and I are on a break. If their employees don’t care how they put food together and don’t want to do their job with excellence, I won’t support their paycheck.
3rd time for online sub order. Messed up. Then called several times with no answer. Took the wrong sub bak…another half hour of time. Least they could have done was refunded me the money and gave me the correct sub. I love how they knew they sent the dubs out wrong and I guess assumed we wouldn’t notice. I hate laziness!! Won’t be back.
