Staff was really kind, attentive and friendly. Service and order were spot on, and food was refreshingly fresh. Store was clean, organized and lots of natural light (I hate dining in dark restaurants). Only downside was their soft drinks were low on syrup and carbonation…they were all very flat. Aside from that – excellent experience. Thanks.

This was my 1st visit but it won’t be my last. The freshly sliced meat + fresh veggies tasted real good on my sub (the #7) that I topped off with some oil n vinegar that just made it all pop! The Jalapeno’s were fresh and I did not find any Jalapeno butts in my sub like I would have at another sub way.

Ordered our sandwiches and we were told the hot sandwiches would be a couple extra minutes we said that would be fine. One of us got our food about 5 minutes later. The other waited about 10 more minutes before going up to ask about the food they said it’s next up. It wasn’t they then gave out 5 hot sandwiches to the people that ordered way after us. We complained, one of the employees went to his boss and ask for his help, he replied “I’m running the slicer what do you want me to do about it?” He then goes and can’t find the order anywhere, when another employee come up and is like I can make you another. We had already been waiting over 25 minutes at this point we tell them we don’t have time to wait. She rudely asked well how much was it, we replied we never got a receipt so I don’t remember. They then give us a refund for that sandwich. And walks away. That’s only my second time eating jersey mikes and I have no plans of going back.

I am very displeased as I ordered a #13 for lunch with no veggies and extra meat and instead got a sandwich with everything on it all veggies and no extra meat so I didn’t eat lunch due to this

Delicious subs, especially the Italian. But, it’s very pricey and expensive.

Sub was good and fresh. My problem was with the price. First time here, and got the medium size Italian sub and one bag of chips. It was $13 and some change. I’m not a huge fan of subs in general as I think, every single one of them as overpriced, but this was way more than it should’ve been.
