It was horrible like the other time I’ve been. I’ve only eaten here twice and both times were bad. This particular time I got three giant subs and one was supposed to be plain but I found bits of onions and peppers throughout the sub. Then the other two subs were supposed to have chipotle and they put mayo so I had to have them remade. Even though this time the two were made right they were very sloppy and the meat was burnt and there was barely and meat in the sub and all that was on those subs was lettuce and tomato and half of it was off of the sub. Now I’m trying to call and speak to a manager and surprise surprise the phone just keeps ringing. No one ever answers.
Also I was in there for over an hour from start to finish. Probably won’t be attempting to eat here again.

My Family and I eat here very often. We spend $40 to $60 a visit. The food is made well however when it comes to wrapping the sandwiches, there’s 1 or 2 Employees that will wrap the sandwiches so tightly because the paper that they ripped off Is not big enough, and they end up mashing my bread on my sandwich every time as they’re wrapping it. I have had this happen now for the third time. Please don’t wrap sandwiches so tight to where I can see you folding my bread.

I love Jersey Mike’s, and this location is not only fantastic, but the manager Assina is a lifesaver. We had an issue with a missing credit card (we’re in the middle of a move. Oops!) and Assina really helped us out. She didn’t need to do that, but she’s a manager above! All that and the food was great, as always.

No better sub than the one you’ll find at Jersey Mikes-Sumter. Everything is freshly sliced & produce is always vibrant & fresh. Line can become long but staff is always working efficiently to move the line. This restaurant does have a gluten free bread offered. As well as bottle Pepsi products & a fountain machine .

This has to be the WORST JM on the east coast. I really wish I was joking because I chose to retire here, but i’m not. I used to get JM every other day for lunch in NC/VA/GA/FL/KY because it was good and affordable.
I’ve been here at least 6 times, with a few months in between each visit at the least. *Every single time* without failure they’ve managed to mess something up.
This time is the last, I’m sure they’re not worried because it’s a military city and they’ll get new customer base due to shaw but I’m done I’ll take the extra 5 minutes it would take me to drive in town to go to camden where they actually care about quality and having a good attitude. I’ve been snared at for coming in right as the open or 20-30min before closing and ordering sandwiches for my family. I’ve been skimped on a lot of meat when it comes to hot subs at least 3 times. No one there seems to care because it’s the same copy and paste response to all these reviews.

I hate leaving reviews but I’m kinda upset I feel like I need a refund the actual ingredients in my sub was great the bread was just so hard I couldn’t enjoy my sandwich

Subs are always great, and customer service is awesome! I’ve always had a good experience here. The only times I’ve had something wrong with an order is when it was pretty busy. Which is understandable, of course. So I personally avoid busy/peak hours when I eat here.

My daughter and I stopped at your shop yesterday and I must say I was really impressed. Your staff was wonderful they went above and beyond to make sure my sub didn’t get cross commented, due to an allergy I have they changed their gloves a few time’s and put it together in a safe place. I had the glutenfree with roast beef and it was very good I would recommend anyone with an allergy to stop and get a sub from Jersey Mike’s. Thank you to the girl’s that made sure my sub was safe for me to eat. Sorry I don’t remember your name’s.
