Every time I go in here the customer service is always absolutely exemplary. I was in today at approximately 2:20 on 3/13 There was a customer in front of me who was so incredibly rude and picky but the employee Shane was so polite and never lost his cool. I think I would’ve pulled my hair out. The sandwiches are always consistently well-made and very, very tasty. Just wanted to give a shout out to the great employees at the Chapin location!

Well decided to stop at Chapin SC Jersey Mike’s today. And walking in and seeing how cross-contaminated the food was. Well I was shocked. And seeing the mess all over the counter tops. I thought you was supposed to clean the area, before serving the next customer!? At least that’s what I’ve seen with every other Jersey Mike’s. Not Chapin SC Jersey Mike’s, their stations where filthy. They didn’t clean anything, they just through tomatoes into the lettuce like they didn’t care. And the meat slicer wasn’t great either, letting crumbs of other meats pile up under the blades like that. Gross Hopefully next time if I ever go, they’ll know how to clean up.

In prior years I have visited this location and I was not impressed. However, coming back here after over a year I’ve found it to be in much better condition than before. The staff, Connor, Clay, Cameron, Andrew were fantastic. My recent experience was nothing short of outstanding. I used to only mobile order, but I will be coming back to dine inside because of great environment in the store. Good job management and staff, highly recommend this location 🙂
