Always gets order right! Best sub sandwich I know of! Better than Publix. The staff is always amazing and listens. I’ve been a customer since they opened and if I’ve ever had a problem they make it right!! Number one on my list! Shane knows me by order and name great guy!

Normally this location is great but they missed the mark today. Ordered 2 sandwiches and a wrap and my wrap wasn’t cut through or even closed in the ends. Looks like they made it as fast as they could. It wasn’t ready when we got there so we waited, they were busy, but when our order was done they just set it aside and didn’t say anything even though they knew we were waiting. Finally had to ask for it after noticing the person making it had walked away. Very disappointed.

Food is always good, but when they mess something up, they never admit it. According to them, this picture is extra meat. When we called, they said they, “spread it out”. This isn’t the first time they made a mistake, but they always have an excuse. I usually love this place, but it might be time to look for something else.

God bless Shane Sweeny!! I had accidentally ordered at the wrong jersey mikes and couldn’t get ahold of the other store to get a refund and he was so helpful and kind in helping me I really appreciate him. Whoever is in charge of giving out raises please give him a humongous raise!!!

I do not go into this establishment much due to my dietary restrictions however, I do love their pepper relish when I was in there just a few moments ago there was a gentleman that had placed an order online and wanted cheese removed, but did not put that in his order. The employees quickly started remaking his order at no additional charge allowed him to take the first sandwich that they had already given him with the option of throwing it away or giving it to somebody else. I thought that it was pretty amazing that he did not specify on his order, per the receipt which they pulled up, that he did not want any cheese. They still proceeded to remake an entire sandwich at no additional cost for his mistake not theirs. I think that shows some pretty amazing customer care as somebody who owns a small business locally myself. Good on you Jersey Mike crew

This location is always doing their best customer service wise. Anytime I’ve had sub here its always on point. Recently the Hot Honey Chicken sub is my go to. It’s a newer sub and while other locations get it confused with the Chicken Philly this location has been correct with the order.

Well decided to stop at Chapin SC Jersey Mike’s today. And walking in and seeing how cross-contaminated the food was. Well I was shocked. And seeing the mess all over the counter tops. I thought you was supposed to clean the area, before serving the next customer!? At least that’s what I’ve seen with every other Jersey Mike’s. Not Chapin SC Jersey Mike’s, their stations where filthy. They didn’t clean anything, they just through tomatoes into the lettuce like they didn’t care. And the meat slicer wasn’t great either, letting crumbs of other meats pile up under the blades like that. Gross Hopefully next time if I ever go, they’ll know how to clean up.
