Ordered 2 giants subs on app for in store pick up. One sub was a #9 which comes with bacon and then other sub was #13 with added bacon…. Over $40 ticket guess what no bacon! Tried to call and see if maybe out of bacon guess what no one answered phone either….. unfortunately totally disappointed

I’m not a very picky eater, but man. As I went to order, I glanced at the bar, and the produce, especially the lettuce, looked like it had been there for days. It was brown, soggy, and looked like food poisoning waiting to happen. This isn’t just unappealing but dangerous. I highly recommend that a health inspector check this place out.

usually enjoy Jersey Mike’s, but my recent visit was disappointing. I ordered a giant sub (about $30 after everything) and got a sandwich that just wasn’t up to their usual standard. The lettuce was wilted, the onions still had the tough outer skin on them, and the bread was chewy — it felt like they cut the roll first and then built the sandwich instead of slicing it open. Not the worst sub I’ve ever had from Jersey Mike’s, but definitely a letdown compared to what I expect from them.
