These guys check all the boxes. She wanted a meat-ball sandwich, not on the menu, but she was delighted with the Italian. I’m picky, which was no problem for them. I got it my way,fast. Both of our meals were delicious. Two regular sized sandwiches (6 inch ) Two bags of chips, and two bottles of Pepsi, no coke.

So I came in today after/during a small rush. 4 people working at the counter at each station like a total team (someone was also in the back!). The people behind me were the last of the little rush, so when I sat down I heard the manager tell the crew “awesome, I’m proud of you guys.” And honestly, that may sound like a small thing, but as a customer I was happy to hear that. And even more so, you could feel that from everyone. They were all sincerely friendly, not just customer service friendly.

Well what can I say… Subs are excellent… although I noticed on my last visit that they don’t “Pile it On” like they used to…and the Sub Rolls are a bit smaller than before… but with everything food related these days being Sky High… I can understand why Mike is trying to cut a few corners to make the store profitable… Yet they still charge $10 for a half a sub… Back to Sub…I mean $way…lol for me personally… Especially with the new Freshly Sliced Meats…and a lot more “Piling it on” than Before… Plus the Price is better…

I never give bad reviews but frankly this was something that really offended me. I walked into the store to get some food. I ordered my meal and requested for the meat to be grilled to which the gentleman behind the counter asked, “Are you pregnant or something?” To which i responded, “ No, can i please get the meat grilled?” He then went on to tell me it was not protocol and could not grill the meat because of some type of food contamination?? I didn’t know being pregnant was a requirement in order to ask for a grilled meat. I then received a cold sandwich which i originally requested to be grilled. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. If the gentleman did not want to do to grill the meat he could’ve simple said so.

Only been here few times and it was 830 pm which I know they close in 30 minutes. Probably would have been there early if I didn’t have to leave and get cash from a ATM because they were only taking cash. Food was great the service from the cashier was excellent the lady making the sandwich when you walk in door hollering what can I get for you to all 3 of us standing there was rude and un professional. Definitely doesn’t need to be dealing with the public definitely won’t be going back spent 50 dollars in the place you would think they would appreciate your business

I ordered through the app earlier today. After taking a few bites, I had bit into what I can only describe as chicken bones. This is the first time this has happened to me ordering from Jersey Mike’s, and I’m insuring it will be the last by discontinuing eating from there. I guess I’ll just have one less favorite sub shop.
