UGH I love Natalie!! She works at two locations and honestly when she’s there the whole vibe of the store is amazing and she works so hard and diligently and is so efficient when it comes to her job and she’s just the kindest and sweetest person to talk to and so personable. If she’s making your sandwich TRUST it’s going to be made so good and you’re going to absolutely love it!!!!! The BEST Jersey Mike’s ever. I have been working in Jacksonville the past 3 weeks and I am amazed at how clean, FRIENDLY, accurate, and experiences have been EVERYTIME I have been here for late lunches. The other night I came in late late and did not expect it to be busy but it was slammed. Took a little longer than expected but completely understandable and the staff was super nice and apologetic. I have been eating here about 3-5 times a week and NEVER had a bad experience and HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location….you won’t be disappointed!!!!

We’ve had awesome experiences there, and before this evening I would’ve given 5 stars for sure. We ordered online to be picked up by us, which we’ve done before with no issues. Well apparently today someone took our order so we had to wait for fresh stuff. Cool, I appreciate that. I also would’ve appreciated an actual apology and my order to be completely correct, but I also should’ve checked before leaving. I didn’t expect anything for free, but an apology would’ve been great, maybe an offer for a drink while we waited, a cookie in the bag, a coupon for next time, something. But again, I wasn’t expecting anything except for what I paid for in advance (and tipped on!). There were way too many people behind the counter for orders to be mistakenly taken, and then not even a friendly sincere apology or everything I’d asked for. Definitely will think about spending money here again.
***Update: I felt compelled to change my rating after receiving a personal phone call from Tyler, I believe the general manager. Although we didn’t speak, I was very surprised and impressed that he’d even go through the trouble of calling me. That speaks volumes about what type of business they’re running, and I appreciate it!

The staff here is amazing! They are friendly, quick and take pride in their work. Two of the staff were restocking the fridge with sodas and waters, and they were very meticulous about making sure the labels are facing out towards the window for customers to see. Seems like a small detail but tells you a lot about the culture of the staff there. Of course the food is always exceptional as well.

This was my first time going to Jersey Mike’s and was supremely impressed. The guy behind the counter was super friendly, informative and pleasant. He figured out that I was new and made sure I had a good experience. I will be eating here again. The Philly cheesesteak was delicious.
