I just visited Jersey Mikes in Whiteville, NC. There were 3 young women there that made me feel at home the minute I walked in. So much so that I asked them to write their names down so I could let everyone know how good they are. They joked with me, were very attentive to what I wanted and made me feel like they had been waiting on me forever. I normally do not write reviews but you just don’t find the treatment that I received much any more. THANK YOU LADIES

My experience at Jersey Mike’s in Whiteville North Carolina was quite exceptional. I’ve never eaten a Jersey Mike’s before and I decided to try it on the way back from a vacation. My wife and I stopped there and ordered two regular-sized Subs. I ordered the turkey and provolone with extra provolone and she ordered the Italian. The subs were carefully prepared and filled with a generous portion of meat. Compared to some of their competitors the portion for the price is exceptional. What really set this location apart was the service provided by the staff. All of the employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A new employee named Prea was amazing. She exemplifies what service level and customer service orientation other restaurants wish to attain. She was being trained with great patience and care by the other staff members. Her attitude and attention to detail in making the sandwiches were exceptional. She was quite friendly and wanted to make sure that we were delighted with our meal. My wife and I will definitely be eating at Jersey Mike’s more often.

However, this will most likely be my last ↕️ I doubt that last statement I’ll probably go back while praying they get it right but…. this place hasn’t been the same for about 4-5 months. I don’t know who quit or got fired that actually cared but if management wants to be profitable, they should get them back asap Everything was always (as in past tense) fresh. Now, you’ll be lucky to get half of what you order. Today (05/02/25) took the DANG ON CAKE went to order a sub and guess what…. NO BREAD. How, how do you make a sub without the main ingredient BREAD All I can say is you better call and verify they have the items it takes to make your sub or salad… ♀️ this is ‘s

Wow! This team of employees where so nice and professional which is hard to find in a quick in and out place. There was a young lady as the manager I was surprised by the amount of please , thank you, and your welcome’s that were used between her and the other team members. The bread was fresh and the sandwich was great, and the location was clean! Well done !!!!!!

always a great choice for a delicious sub. I was a walk in, I could see that they had a slew of call in orders and online orders, they were quite busy. The crew here managed the pace vey well, I did not get ignored, nor was my sub rushed and they made sure to fit me in between all the other orders I saw tickets for.
