To begin with the manager who does all the slicing and order taking got some of the order wrong we ordered 2 mini and we got one regular and one mini and I was charged for 2 regular sized subs. He only refunded the diffenrce of 1 which should have been 2. Not my mistake and I have to pay Also I ordered a cheesesteak regular and received a large chicken cheesesteak which was overcooked. I frequent Jersey Mike’s quite often being a Jersey girl myself and they wanted me to come all the way from Wadesboro back to Rockingham to change the order which is a 20-minute ride and it was not my fault. I’m visiting from Connecticut and have NEVER had this problem. Maybe they should hire another person on Sundays if that’s their busiest day to man The grill since we had to wait for someone to get off the register to man the grill, just to give us the wrong sandwich.

Today was my first day going to Jersey mikes….. I only went because of this video on tik tok for a pregnancy craving sandwich, I’m now hooked and will forever be a Jersey mikes girl cause omg this sandwich is so good. When employees don’t listen to your order, or make it wrong they have trash attitudes. Its not the customer who is wrong when the staff doesnt listen. Strike three….never again will I waste lunch break to deal with attitudes.

The food is generally good, but the service is terrible. My experience tonight was disappointing.
My order was scheduled to be ready at 7:47pm. I arrived shortly after that time, but no one was attending the register—employees were focused on preparing food, and there were five other customers standing around waiting as well. When I approached the register to check on my order, I was told it was still being worked on (this was at 7:55pm). I took a seat and continued to wait. At 8:11pm, I asked again about my order. This time, the employee turned around and immediately handed it to me—it had been sitting on the shelf. When I asked how long it had been sitting there, she shrugged so I pointed out that I had been told it was still being prepared 15 minutes earlier, she laughed and started sweeping the floor. At that point, I had no idea whether my order had just been finished or had been sitting there the entire time, because when I gave my name earlier, the employee never bothered to check any of the bags that were already sitting out.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait beyond the expected pickup time—typically 5 to 10 minutes longer, which I usually understand—but this particular visit was unacceptable.
Jersey Mike’s really needs to figure out how to staff this location properly and train employees to handle pickup orders with at least a basic level of awareness and professionalism.

Young man name John was working alone due to fact the other workers had not arrived for the shift yet,John was very persistent assisting 6+ customers very kind, courteous did excellent job in preparing our sandwiches in a timely manner no complaints. Afterwards the General Manager Trent Morrison come assisted in a very kind,courteous timely manner as well..the other workers 2 females all did excellent job in preparing the sandwiches in this establishment Store 3230….highly recommended!!!
