Great spot to stop and grab a sandwich. Food was fresh and the staff were nice. The restaurant was very clean with minimal seating inside as well as a few outdoor eating spots under a covered shelter. The prices are on the higher side but the quality of sandwich made it worth the cost.

Ordered a #13 with no onions or tomatoes and got a meat and cheese Subway sandwich instead. I have seen more meat on a vegetarian bar. It was kind of late so I ordered ahead. I never did that before so when I got there I stood in line. A young lady asked me what I was getting I told her “I ordered ahead.” She didn’t say a word just looked at me and stared at the tray that you pick up the orders from and just let out a sigh. Then just walked off. A guy was fussing at a kid on the way out about how he might want to focus on one thing at a time because he messed up his order so many times. I get it… It was late these kids just wanted to go home. But, -$40 for two subs… FOR 2 SUBS! Who ever thought that we could fathom saying that? They better be right and they better be good. You better get the best service ever. The absolute best attention to detail. If not the customer will either find somewhere else to go or just make it at home for a quarter of the price.

all the time and always get great service and the food is always great. This is the first time it did not turn out well. Ordered a giant and regular #17 without peppers and after getting home both sandwiches were loaded with peppers.We could not eat them. I’m hoping this was an isolated issue.

First timer, we went on the 12/23/2024, I don’t even want to put stars on this review because it was not worth it. One the price was to high as we spent 24$ on two subs that was it. The ones we got were highly recommended but it was just awful. The Italian I got was magic and lettuce with oil as I did not even taste the meats in it. My husband got the chipotle pastrami. the pastrami was good but there was nothing chipotle about it. it was just a sad sandwich missing it’s onions and sauce. We won’t be going back. it was not worth the money we worked hard for, for this day out together. Free time is rare for us and this day the sub we heard so much about wasn’t worth it. I do not recommend Jersey Mike’s to anyone trying to save money or get the money’s worth.

This is my favorite store in all of Fayetteville and Hope Mills. Destiny was the one to make my sandwich last time and she was the best employee I’ve ever encountered at any of your stores. She actually made conversation and had such a positive energy and aura. She was so nice and easy to talk to! I hope she’s working when I come back!

The food was great! Did a pick up for a free T-mobile Tuesday sub. This was my first time ever eating at Jersey Mike’s, and I have to say that Subway can not compete! They shave fresh turkey right there on the spot for the sandwiches. The veggies were fresh, and everything was delicious! Now I know why this place is always so packed!

I love a good Jersey Mikes sub. Well loved is more like it. I’m not a fan of these restaurants giving us less and charging us more. I sadly will no longer give this company my money. I watched them put 4 slices of meat on my regular number 7. When I asked for some more meat, the person literally turned on the scale to weigh it. I’m about to pay $10 for this and a 5th slice of meat has to be weighed? Not asking for a scooby doo sized sandwich. Can I at least get $8 worth of sandwich for my $10? AND CHANGE YOUR GLOVES FOR PETES SAKE!!!!!

Inconsistencies on the Cheesesteaks, quality/taste depends on who’s on the grill that day. I’ve noticed it’s normally the lease experience person that’s always on the grill. I can taste the difference. For the price you pay, it should be consistent across the board. Tonight I waited about 12-15min for 1 Cheesesteak. I also watch order, after order get pumped out. The person behind me in line also order a Cheesesteak, she got her food before mine… I called back up to complain after I got home, I spoke to the mgr. She said, the reason for the wait because the guy actually dropped my Cheesesteak and had to redo it… I wasn’t even informed, nobody said anything to me. Not sure if that’s true, because I was watching. I’m not sure where those sandwhiches went or
Why it took so long. And to be honest, the sandwich was not the standard I grown custom to. At one point, I was the only waiting. The mgr , and staff looked at me waiting. No compliment drink, or chips anything. The store litterally pumped out 15-20 sandwiches while I waited on my 1 order. Even the woman that order after me, gave me a weird look, she was shocked she got her food before me. And the guy on the grill was talking to a heavyset black lady, they just yapping, laughing and joking.. it doesnt take that long. Like yall see me waiting. It really turned me off from ordering here again. You don’t know whom is going to make your sandwich, and they are on the pricey side. I should’ve just cooked and saved my gas and money. It will be awhile before I comeback if ever.
