We always have had a good experience with jersey mikes but a week ago after I made a mobile order and got home to eat my husband ate some of his sandwich before opening it up and realizing much of the chicken was raw. We were very disappointed and worried he would get sick. I submit a complaint through the app but never heard from the owners, which is why I am now submitting this on here. Hopefully this is a one-off situation but I’m very disappointed that nobody got in contact with us.

Ordered catering for my business and arrived to friendly service, 4 catering boxes of sandwiches ready to go and just an overall great atmosphere! Employees were friendly and helpful! Sandwiches are ALWAYS great!!

I don’t think I’ve ever felt strong enough about a quick service food place to write a review about it. My husband and I go to this location several times a month and every time we leave talking about how impressed we are at the friendliness and professionalism the young guys and girls in there display. They greet you. They say goodbye. They take their time making sure your order is correct and made well. They also always seem like they are having a great time working there. The place is always super clean too. Really appreciate them and how reliable this J.M.’s is.

Very friendly atmosphere. Employees were very efficient and polite. There was two girls that stood out one girl was Jalissa I believe. The other maybe Jessica? My food was made perfect and it was delicious! This will be a regular spot for me!

The employees was very friendly, One thing for sure is they will load your sub up on some veggies for sure, they definitely not stingy on the veggies I enjoyed my Italian sub it was good, the bread was also Soft. I would go back. The only thing I didn’t like was when I asked the girl to cut my sandwich in half because it was being made different, she said they cut the subs in half at the next station. No I wanted it cut in half because I get my sub made differently when there is a giant, some things I can’t have on a sub, so that’s why I ask for it to be cut in half. Also employees should take in consideration that maybe the customer is suggesting to be cut in half due to an allergy reason.
