Just passing through. The employees were top notch. Lee showed superior leadership with his crew!! Food was good and fresh and they took care putting our sandwiches together. Nice to see employees taking pride in their work. Don’t see that much these days. Thank you!!

I had to leave a review immediately because of the staff. They were really kind and pleasant and accommodating, but they also just seemed really happy to be there, happy to talk to customers, and happy to talk to each other. I hope they’re being paid well. Whoever was working today around 2 deserves to be recognized.
Aside from that, the subs were great and got made very quickly. I couldn’t have a complaint if I tried.

Such a pleasant experience at this location! I mean look how sweet my subs were labeled for me and my daughters, I didn’t notice until I got home. In store the ladies gave my girls stickers. I usually go to the Pinehurst location out of convenience and closeness, but the Aberdeen location has won my business with their customer service. Your staff is incredible. Please keep up the amazing attitude and work. It does not go unnoticed.

Very disappointed. I love Jersey mikes usually. This time I ordered a kahuna cheese STEAK sub and received a chicken sub instead. that was so wet it was falling apart. Couldn’t eat it. Live to far from store to bring it back so I threw it away. A total waste of money!

Cindy and her team are AMAZING! They work so quickly, and were able to accommodate my late request for a 12-sub pack. She was clear about the expectation that it might not be ready in time, but they all exceeded that expectation and got our pack ready an hour before when we expected it to be ready. On top of that, the whole team who was working this morning were all smiles and made my day all that much better for having been a part of it!

You want a quality sub, this is the place to go. I always get the philly cheese sub. I have not yet been disappointed with the service or the food. I definitely recommend this place. Update, 6/2019. The worker preparing food in the back is wearing gloves but handling the phone, scratching her face and exchanging order notes and not changing gloves or washing hands. From someone that has been sick from people not washing their hands, this is gross.

If there was ever a physical description or definition of garbage service killing a brand or a product this is the ground zero for it. Food wasn’t bad, but, I check in I wait 15 minutes, I order, I wait another 17 minutes. The person in front onto of me got a wrap. He’s been in this store longer than I have and he’s waiting on someone to simply get him a white wrap for his turkey sub. Rather than go ahead and make mine they tell me they have to wait for this guys wrap. So we wait….and wait….we all just stand and wait. No other subs being made, just wait for this wrap to do all the other stuff behind it. Why not take some initiative and move him aside and just keep on going until the wrap is ready? Five people in this store standing and waiting getting paid taking about how terrible ownership is because they can’t close during a tornado watch.
I have 1000 points with Jersey Mike’s. I eat here all the time and I always get the same thing. The past two you can see I’ve been to have been absolute trash from a service, forget service, just an overall care or concern that you’re even patronizing their spot let alone having a desire to at least meet your expectations.
I know that’s a lot for a sub shop but I’ve spent my whole life believing how you do anything is how you do everything and if that’s the case, this generation is the very last one we get to see. Worthless man. Worthless.

Why are tomatos sliced so thin you can hardly see them and hardly taste them in your sandwiches?? It’s been years???.

POOR service! The server could not multitask…asked me several times what I wanted on my sandwich. Still confused it with the person next to me. She then proceeded to talk about me to a coworker. Poor management at this site! There are other choices with better service locally!
