If there was ever a physical description or definition of garbage service killing a brand or a product this is the ground zero for it. Food wasn’t bad, but, I check in I wait 15 minutes, I order, I wait another 17 minutes. The person in front onto of me got a wrap. He’s been in this store longer than I have and he’s waiting on someone to simply get him a white wrap for his turkey sub. Rather than go ahead and make mine they tell me they have to wait for this guys wrap. So we wait….and wait….we all just stand and wait. No other subs being made, just wait for this wrap to do all the other stuff behind it. Why not take some initiative and move him aside and just keep on going until the wrap is ready? Five people in this store standing and waiting getting paid taking about how terrible ownership is because they can’t close during a tornado watch.

I have never had a terrible sub from Jersey Mike’s that is until tonight that we ordered from the Aberdeen location! We love Jersey Mike’s and hadn’t eaten all day so we were completely looking forward to this for our late dinner. Sadly though it subs were made completely subpar ( no pun intended). I’m a vegetarian and love the Veggie sub but this thing was pitiful! Old lettuce, soggy tomatoes and a ton of onions! That’s not how I’ve ever had the Veggie, not to mention my daughter’s Turkey & Provolone was equally disappointing, she said it tast like a day old sub. On top of poorly made food, the young lady behind the counter was rude and had no customer service sense left in her either. Completely dissatisfied with this location tonight. 6/1/ 2023 ordered via app, with a PU time of 6:10. Maybe it’s because I used my points.

My first visit here was determined to be my last because I witnessed the employee I noticed when I was walking in smoking a cigarette outside come inside to make my sandwich and did not even bother to wash his hands. As a person who gets sick frequently I am not one to risk it so I asked for someone else to make my sandwich and he did. The service here is very slow.. you put a mobile order in and it takes about 20 minutes even though they give you a arrival time to pick up your sandwich. There isn’t usually any sense of urgency here.

You want a quality sub, this is the place to go. I always get the philly cheese sub. I have not yet been disappointed with the service or the food. I definitely recommend this place. Update, 6/2019. The worker preparing food in the back is wearing gloves but handling the phone, scratching her face and exchanging order notes and not changing gloves or washing hands. From someone that has been sick from people not washing their hands, this is gross.

As a Philly native in North Carolina it is absolutely refreshing to be able to have the closet taste to home I’ve found. Always follow my instructions on how I want my sandwich made and never had any poor customer service.
