Tucked away in the mountains of Western North Carolina, we stumbled upon a Jamaican restaurant that absolutely blew me away. The jerk chicken fell right off the bone — smoky, spicy, and perfectly balanced with that hint of sweetness that keeps you going back for one more bite. The curried goat was packed with rich, layered flavor, the kind that makes you stop and savor each mouthful. And the plantains? Lightly caramelized, buttery, and cooked to perfection.I honestly didn’t think I’d find Jamaican food this authentic and delicious up here in the Blue Ridge, but this spot proved me wrong in the best way. If you’re craving true island comfort food with mountain charm, this place is a must-try.

The food tastes great, but for those not used to this style of food, be very careful with the bones in the Curry Goat. I had about a dozen or so bone fragments in the meat, and some of them were tiny and sharp. If you’re careful, you can eat around them, but it can be dangerous if you’re not expecting it.
This won’t stop me from ordering the Goat Curry again, but please be careful.

This food was so hearty! The lady who served me was so kind, she made me choose the brown rice- i’d never had Jamaican food before. Worth every dollar!

Probably my first and last time eating here. If you’re from Jamaica you will not enjoy the food. No flavor. The food has definitely been white washed for the majority here. Oxtail tough tough, with no flavor. Disappointed

We are in town for the Black Bear Race and we were too tired to go out to eat after we got into our hotel room so we ordered SP Jamaican Jerk through DoorDash. We passed it on the road on the way to our hotel. I’ve always loved Jerk chicken since we visited Jamaica years ago so anytime I see it I have to try it. This was hands down the best jerk chicken I have ever had! Any they give you enough food for 2 meals! It was so so good! We got Jerk chicken, macaroni, and a side of 5 wings. All of it was incredibly good! We might have to be taking a drive some weekends to Hendersonville just to eat this jerk chicken! If you like jerk chicken you need to try this place. You won’t be disappointed!

Always on point. Spiced to perfection. The oxtail and the brown chicken are my favorites. Definitely recommend the calaloo greens and the rice and peas. patties are delicious, too. Very generous portions.

So good! One of the best meals I’ve had in years. Jerk chicken, cabbage, plantains, and rice are a must. Curry goat is fantastic. Can’t wait to go back and try the snapper and salt fish(not on the menu but they have it every day.)

Best Jamaican I’ve ever had. Period. Get the homemade ginger drinks and the homemade Jamaican tea. Some of the best drinks I’ve ever had too. Seriously you won’t regret it. We did the oxtails and curry goat, but what surprised me the most was the Rasta Pasta! It’s an incredible accompaniment to the meat.
