Ordered a giant sub Fed 2, 2026 that was soggy wet at bottom of bread and not to mention after waiting outside 30 minutes then app saying it was ready i came inside to wait another 30 minutes after finding out my sub was never ready and to come inside stepping in urine on the floor that didnt have wet sign while workers kept quiet about it & ignored the mess i had the decency of another customer leaving out telling me to be careful then i had to warn another customer coming in who stepped in it & she asked for something to clean it up & she they couldn’t do that to where she started using the little brown napkins for customers & couldn’t even get a mop to help out & got upset she still had to over wait as well after asking to at least help with cleaning supplies they wouldn’t offer. While grown men who worked there just starred, watched & giggled like little girls. Will never go back to this location ever again.

I hadn’t never visited this location before but I had great customer service. I bought the Chicken Chipotle sub with provolone cheese, lettuce, mayo and Chipotle sauce. After purchasing my sub, I ask for extra Chipotle mayo. When getting home, my sandwich was loaded and it had too much mayo. That made me mad and I didn’t eat my sandwich which I paid too much money to throw away.

All the workers on the line at 4pm on 11/6/25 were visibly chewing gum while preparing food. I felt that I had to watch closely while they made our sub you better hope that gum stays in their mouth before someone gets a nasty surprise. It’s sucks when your favorite food stops don’t follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Placed a large catering order for pickup and it was not ready on time. Waited an extra 30 minutes, only to find the order was incorrect and missing condiments once I arrived at my destination.
Returned to the store and the manager was rude, belligerent, and unprofessional, speaking to me disrespectfully instead of fixing the mistake. Completely unacceptable and a poor representation of the Jersey Mike’s brand.
I would not recommend this location, especially for large orders.

Fantastic food, good service and nice, little shop in a strip mall. My only wish is that they had a drive thru. Their location is a bit awkward but they’re definitely worth it. One of my new favorite restaurants.

Slowest service ever. They’ll tell you the food isn’t ready yet and then not bother to let you know when it finally is. If they tell you you’re food inst ready I guess you gotta nag them till they do. Sad!

The roast beef sub was prepared fresh, the meat was sliced in front of me. The lady slicing the meat was very nice. The two young girls working with her looked like they would rather be somewhere else. They talked very low almost like a whisper when taking my order. I had to keep asking “what?”. The sandwich was good.
