Dissatisfaction at its finest !!! Got a club sub and added salt pepper oil an vinegar an I didn’t get my mayo lettuce or tomato..didn’t think I needed to add that being that’s what comes on it ..very dry an and looks terrible ..I’m overly mad an angry and very hungry!! Wont ever go back to this one again!!

First time here. A birthday celebration. Ordered online and went to pick up. Easy. After I was home and saw my soaking wet sub I noticed there were tomatoes not a big deal but no rosemary bread ah maybe they ran out. They didn’t greet me for a few minutes after I walked in. They could have had several orders they were working on, not sure as I was the only one inside. Seemed lit up and maybe clean inside. Didn’t go past the pick up window. May give this one another go. Unsure. Thanks for dinner

Worst jersey mikes location. It is hit and miss unlike the others in town. We always order the same hot sub. We order two regulars. At other locations it is made as two regulars and taste amazing. Every time we come here they make it as one giant and it seems one person always gets a half with steak and one person gets a half with all peppers. I’ve mentioned it before and the manger said oh they aren’t supposed to do that. Haven’t been in a long while and figured we would give it a try and hope they would give us what we order. Then today they did it again. My half was disgusting. It was all peppers and minimal steak with very little cheese. The other person had all the steak. They also had all the cheese….but not in the sub but on the paper. Make me what I order not what you want to make. Waste of my points today. From now on I’ll go across town to Westwood. It’s always on point.

Jersey Mikes is the CLOSEST menu to what I used to get when I was in NJ and I am now able to get it here in NC. Raeford Road is my favorite location. I am not sure exactly what it is but my food is ALWAYS fresh and never disappoints( I believe its the bread that is always fresh which makes the sandwich that much better) The staff is always friendly and professional.

This is one of my favorite Jersey Mike’s Subs locations. Everyone is so polite and well mannered. Not once has my food been inaccurate and that in itself is a milestone duh to my complicated nature. The manager Brittney who works there is always so nice and welcoming anytime I see her. They have exceeded my expectations on countless occasions. I thank you all for the hard work and the positive attitudes. Keep up the great work.
