We loooove Jersey Mike’s and we get it quite often from your store but an issue we have had the past several times is annoying more than anything. The tomatoes are sliced sooooo think you can’t taste them. Also, it doesn’t allow you to order extra on the app. Please start slicing the tomatoes thicker. Thank You

First time getting a cold sub from here – I normally get the philly cheese steak which is great! I’m not sure if someone is really heavy handed with the Mayo but there was a repulsive amount on my sandwich I ordered today. I tried to get a couple bites down but ended up throwing it away. It was basically a Mayo and lettuce sandwich.

The gaint was only 11 inches! The bread was flat it was barely the height of sandwich loaf bread. Sliced so that the bottom of the hogie roll almost was nonexistent. No flavor, I ordered Mikes way and don’t know who’s way I received. Terrible service, no wonder why they’re rating is a 93.
