Food was good. Fresh bread and meats. Service was ok. Prices are too high especially for fast food meant for everyday people.
Today around 530pm we pulled up to this jersey Mike’s. Lights were on, door unlocked, employees at counter staring back at us as we pulled up. So when my son and I walked in and received, “we’re closed! we’re closed!”, we were both shocked and embarrassed and confused, in the moment. Looking back, I find it very rude and weird. I don’t ever want to go back or give this company my money for this kind of treatment and I really wish corporations would go back to making excellent customer service important.

I ordered a Giant sub shortly after opening and was absolutely thrilled with the quality of the sub. Fresh white bread, customized to perfection, and piping hot meat. Special thanks to Thomas for making such a great sandwich!

I was very pleasantly surprised by this location. Conveniently located off of Innes street and right off of I-85. This location has amazing bread, deli, meats, vegetables, and more. I highly recommend their Italian sandwiches here.
They also have a drink, fridge, soda, fountain, drink machine, bags of chips, and desserts. They also have ♿ handicap accessible seating, ️ parking, and restrooms.

This was off the Jake Alexandria location. Sandwiches were delicious with lots of meat. The Deli Clerk and Cashier was exceptional, professional, courteous, friendly in helping us with our orders. All sandwiches were prepared in a timely manner. Thank you! Please keep that great spirit you have. We need more workers like you!

Yesterday my daughter purchased two foot long ham and cheese For my birthday lunch and when I got home and saw how much ham and cheese was on them I was surprised. It has a paper thin piece of cheese all the way across you could see through it. The ham had one thin piece across the bread. For 30 dollars I could of went and had a nice steak dinner. I would be ashamed to serve this. Felt bad for my daughter that they took advantage of her like this. Probably will not go back.

I stopped here for a quick sandwich and wish I didn’t. The staff was disorganized and could not get the orders straight. The food was mediocre at best. Only half of the cheese was melted, presentation was sloppy. Ingredients were just tossed on the bread. Ice tea had a nasty bleach after taste. Overall poor! Not recommended.
