$13 bowl with extra meet and lettuce. It was a mobile order and was already cold and had no meet. No way to contact service from app and I am not driving over there for their mistake. This was terrible. Not ordering again from this Jersey mikes was a complete rip off especially for the extra meet I ordered.

Got 2 subs- Italian was excellent. The Chicken cheesesteak was very disappointing. Small, only 1 mushroom piece, did not even fill the bread. I will never order this sub again. Should have got 2 Italians. Wasted $10+ on a tiny sub….I am still hungry.
So they reached out to me and offered to send a free sandwich coupon- it arrived today and not only does it expire in 8 days, but is only valid at certain locations- none of which are anywhere even close to me…..and the location that I had the problem with was not even listed! I reached out to let the manager know and they have not responded. Makes zero sense.

This place doesn’t match the quality of Jersey Mike’s that I know. Firstly, the cooked sub was wrapped in only one outer paper (I’m not sure if it’s food-grade), as a result of which the sauce soaked this paper and all the contents began to leak, it was very unpleasant to eat this when you were all covered in sauce. Secondly, the place is not completely clean, the concrete covering at the entrance to the restaurant is very dirty, which creates an unpleasant feeling at the entrance and overflowing trash cans, as a result of which it is not possible to put wrapping paper because the garbage was in the trash with a mountain.

I accidentally ordered a sub at this location on the Jersey Mike’s app. Realized it was the wrong location and they would not refund me my money even though I was hours away. Called for hours and they wouldn’t answer the phone followed up the next week and they still wouldn’t answer the phone. They wouldn’t even answer the phone for their sister location. $20 wasted- Do not recommend this location. Poorly ran and poor customer service.

I eat here every day as I work in the same plaza, everyone here is always so friendly and exceptional. They always make everything with the perfect ratio of ingredients, they’re always kind and greet me by name, and have even walked my sandwich a couple doors down to deliver it to me by hand if they know I’m busy. I love this store! Jersey Mikes is by far my favorite sub shop, but this location is the best one I’ve been to! There is another JM near my house, but I will drive out of my way to go to the Huntersville one. They always greet me and make me feel welcome – like they are actually glad to see me.
The store is always clean and well stocked, even when they are super busy. They are definitely doing it right, and some other places could learn some lessons from that team!
