When I Was Growing Up The More Often You Returned To A Place Of Buisness, The More Friendly The Staff..Your Now A Familiar Face And Loyal Customer Who Is Appreciated..Thats Not The Case For This Sub Shop..Ive Been To This Location 3 Times, Not Only Did They Become More Rude Each Visit, They Made My Sandwiches Smaller? I Ordered The Daily Special, Its The Half Sub, Chips A Drink, $11.00..Thats Great!! The First Visit & Food Was Excellent , The Shop Is Extremely Clean And Great Service..In Return To Show Thier Appreciation For My Returning The Lady And Gentleman Behind The Counter Started Acting As If They Were More Irritated Each Visit..Today The Lady Was Increasingly Rude And More Irritated Due To My Asking Her To Remake The Sandwhich. She Was Bothered About Doing A Job She Was Hired And Paid To Do? I Asked For The Bread To Be Grilled, She Barley Grilled The Bread & Grolled The Meat As Well , Shrinking The Meat To Nothing? Due To Her Attitude I Stated Never Mind I Dont Want Another Sandwich Since It’s So Much Trouble..She Ruined My Lunch Break…My Suggestion If She Dislikes Her Job So Much To The Point It Causes Her To Have Poor Customer Service..She Should Get Another Job…Times Are Hard Enough..Jersey Mike’s Is Now : I Most Likely May Never Return.

Ordered online for curbside pickup. I checked 2 of the 3 bowls I ordered and they were correct so I did not pull out the third bowl. I should have as it was made completely correctly. For the third bowl, I paid extra for bacon and did not receive it. My husband also had to go back into the store, at the time of pick up. They did not put the drink I had ordered in the bag. At the time of pick up, there were zero customers in the restaurant. This is not the first time these mistakes have happened. It is disappointing as I have been a customer at this location for many years. It was not until about a year ago that these issues started happening.

Service was crap. Older white male named steve was so rude. Mumbling under his breath the entire time. Can’t stand a place where you order 50$ worth of food and people are so rude. Customer service definitely needs to improve. Got a gift card for Christmas – won’t be back. Jimmy John’s is better and they are actually nice.

The customer service is quite terrible here. I frequent the south tryon location but was on this side of town. The female working on making the sandwiches didnt hear me say banana peppers the first go round – no big deal to me. When she went to close the sandwich i said “and the banana peppers” she then threw way too many on it. Closed the sandwich up, bagged it and basically threw it at me. Horrible attitude. Then preceded to “stare” me down while I got my drink and sat down to eat in the facility.

I’ve been eating at Jersey mikes for years but today I may consider never going back at least to the one in Gastonia. The guy Steve who takes the orders was rude, impatient, not friendly! He was so annoyed to be taking orders

Customer service at this location does not exist. The workers simply do not care. I placed my order online and they did not provide the correct bread. Never once mentioned it when I picked it up. I returned to the store maybe 15 minutes later. I was told it would be 20 minutes for new bread to bake. I waited almost 30 minutes for the remake. The young gentlemen with the glasses cut the bottom half of my bread so thin it would be soggy by the time I get home. I even said it to the two female workers both shrugged their shoulders. I will not be returning to this location.

My good friend and I went in for lunch Sunday 2-22-26 @ 2:00 pm, and was standing in line for about four minutes. There was a young black man with dreads, sweeping the floors behind the counter that saw us and did not acknowledge us. He actually stopped sweeping to help a doordasher with her food and went back to sweeping. I said “sir is there anyone here to help us?” The young man said that he doesn’t cut the meat and the manager was in the restroom. I stated to him “sir if you don’t cut the meat, at least acknowledge your customers and say something, because no one is standing up here for their health. He apologized and when the manager finally came up, which is an older white gentleman, I told him about the situation and he acted like he didnt care and he started cutting the meat and tossing my sub around any kind of way. Very nasty and very unprofessional. The ruddest guy I’ve ever seen before. They were so rude and knew they were wrong, that they gave us our food for free. So disrespectful and just nasty. I will never be back again. This manager needs to be fired and the staff needs to be restrained.

My wife and I ordered delivery today. This just came to us (I did add the bite). Order history listed below as well. Double meat, 26 dollar sub and it looks like I may have received half meat. Not looking for anything with this, other than to worn others to not waste their money on extras with this location. Would be less less than 2 stars but my wife’s sandwich was fine.

I wanted to make this review because the people that were on staff tonight at closing were awesome. Even though I as the customer made a mistake about their closing time they still took out the time to remake my sandwich. Thank you Taquezz for staying late to make my food again.

Older white gentleman behind the slicer rude, mumbling to himself, throwing the knife and the bread, throwing the meat back into the cooler. Asked what I was having, I told him 13 in a bowl and it was like I asked him for money or something. Sighed loudly and seemed like he was throwing things harder after. Asked lady behind me what she was having, she told him and with his back to her he spouts out in a rude sarcastic voice “I forgot everything you told me” Felt like I was inconveniencing the entire staff. I eat at Jersey Mikes a lot and never have had an experience like this one.
