I’ve gone to this jersey mikes a few times before with very few issues in the past and I love it however this really isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with a mobile order. Half my entire order was wrong and I spent quite a bit of money. I can’t eat very much in this town as I’m vegan but for this to not be the first or second time my order has been messed up I’m quite thoroughly disappointed especially since this definitely isn’t the first time. I work in food service and understand that things happen especially during busy hours but 3pm isnt the busiest time in food service establishments— my boyfriend who picked it up said there was hardly anyone other customers there. Even training new members I get but if I spend forty dollars for dinner for date night and I drive a little ways to get there and bring my order all the way home it’s messed up I would like it to be right. I can’t call because I can’t find the store phone I hate leaving bad reviews, because I honestly love Jersey mikes but y’all I’m a little disappointed

I eat at this location often and I do not suggest ordering ahead if you’re picky about your sub cause they will mess it up. If you need anything other then the standard “mikes way” go inside and instruct them what you need. Other than that its a good location, with new faces every month..

There were 4 people working but only 2 of them were cutting meat and making sandwiches. There is no sense of urgency when you have a line of patrons waiting patiently.

This was my first visit to my Jersey Mike’s, it was a amazing visit I must say. My patronage was very welcome, the packaging for my food was so aesthetically pleasing, and my food was absolutely delicious. I’m looking forward to visiting my Jersey Mike’s again really soon, here in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina!
