I’ve gone to this store everyday for a week and they have never gotten my sub right even though I order the same thing everyday. Rick (The GM) is nothing but dismissive and argumentative for calling out his constant mistakes. The only thing consistent about this location is their screw up and room temp IQ employees blaming the customer. Ricky has also put my messed up sandwich to the side and told his employee “someone will buy it”. Disgusting. Go to Georgie street if you want to be treated with respect, have your food made correctly and have confidence it’s not someone else’s discarded sandwich.

I got a veggie sub and it only came with cheese and a slice of green pepper. I won’t be back to this location.

About My Experience at Jersey Mike’s
I want to share how disappointed I was with my recent visit to your location.
I came in on my lunch break just to grab a simple mini turkey sandwich. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was bothering the employees by being there—the atmosphere was frustrated and unwelcoming.
When I placed my order with a young woman who said her name was Montana (though my receipt showed Tammy), I immediately noticed that the sandwich had barely any meat on it. The meat didn’t even cover the bread—it was basically just sitting in the corner, so the majority of the sandwich was just bread. I politely asked if she could add more meat because the sandwich wasn’t even filled properly.
Instead of correcting the mistake, she snapped back that I would be charged extra for more meat. Her tone was rude and dismissive, as if I was a problem for pointing out a clear issue. After she reluctantly added the meat, she went to the cashier and loudly told him to “charge me an extra five dollars,” again in a rude and unprofessional way.
The whole interaction was embarrassing, unwelcoming, and completely unnecessary. If I hadn’t been on my lunch break and pressed for time, I would have walked out and thrown the sandwich away.
I go to Jersey Mike’s because I expect a good sandwich and decent customer service. This experience was neither.

I just moved here from Jacksonville, Florida about seven weeks ago. It’s a really stormy day. I’ve been sick for several days now. I’m finally got my appetite back and I ordered an Italian sub salt vinegar chips. I asked him to make it neat oil and vinegar on the side, pickles and onions and my whole package was so neat and so nice. My sandwich is so fresh. Pepsi is so cold. I am so thankful for the crew and the people that put this meal together for me. Thank you very much. You guys did very very very good job thank you.

I love Jersey Mike’s. I ordered a club sub. I received no mayo or bacon. What’s a club sub without the two. I told everything I wanted on the sub and didn’t get it. I am pregnant and was disappointed and it kind of ruined my whole dinner. There was 3 workers on the line and it seemed like nobody knew what they were doing. The workers barely spoke loud enough or even to each other. No communication. The manager came to help wrap subs but with no gloves.

This restaurant needs people in here who truly listens to the customers and prepare the correctly. I got 2 giant subs, steak and cheese. I asked for extra onions grilled and raw, the manager or whomever it was preparing it said onions already come on it. I said I know but I want extra. Still no extra onions, only the sautéed ones. On the other sub which was ham it was ashame how the little young guy was fixing the sub cause he was acting lost/clueless. Again hardly any meat was on the sub. He didn’t know how to cut the sub either. Pay attention to who owns these restaurants because they like to save and jack up prices!! We the customers are keeping them in business, they really need us to stay in business.

Please be mindful that I am a true costumer of Jersey Mike. But I purchased a #13 sub on May 13. The sandwich was perfectly prepared. No issues with that. But when it was time to cut my sandwich, the young lady who also was the cashier and the sandwich cutter proceeded to cut my sandwich without changing her gloves, which by the way is unsanitary and cross contamination. Which I did bring to her attention. Staffers should be better trained and informed when it comes to these issues.
