There was a young man that was learning the ropes so it was just a little slower than normal. However, he is doing well with attention to detail so I am sure he will be completely up to speed in no time. The food is always good, and the service is always quick. Plus, you get full slices of cheese for your sammich, if you are getting cheese. One of my favorite reasons I like this in place over the other sub place in Hillsborough.

Had the worst experience tonight. Place 2 separate orders and when I tried to pay for my first order with cash, the girl could not get the drawer open to give me my change back. Another girl who was helping another customer asked another worker to finish fixing their order and came to work on the drawer. Meanwhile, the worker who took my second order fixed part of my order and then started walking away. I asked her if she was going to finish my order and she said the last of my order was laying down on the counter unfinished. I asked if someone was going to finish my order several times but she never moved to finish it. Long story short, I will NEVER eat at the Jersey Mike’s in Hillsborough ever again!

By far the best Jersey Mike’s, they care about your order. The entire staff is amazing, Especially Maurice, he is literally the best on the grill. I make sure to stop in when he’s there! He’s always friendly, never messes up my order and he takes my red meat allergy very seriously!! You can tell he’s a dedicated staff member and literally will make the best sandwich you ever had! We were traveling and needed a quick dinner at a reliable place. We stopped at the Hillsborough restaurant. We were greeted when we came in even though everyone was busy. They quickly finished up what they were doing and took our order. When we went to get our normal sweet tea, it wasn’t sweet. Since it was so late we weren’t expecting them to do anything about it. When we told them, they went to the bottled drinks and gave us that without charging us what I would think is a higher price. My sweet tea drinking child was excited and it made my night! Thank you for fixing that for us! The cheese steak was awesome as well.

Such a rude attitude from the staff. I have a gluten allergy and all I got was them not wanting to do the bear minimum to accommodate me. All I asked was for separate lettuce and mayo and he sighed and rolled his eyes, and said all they usually do is change gloves. Do not offer gluten free options if you are not willing to accommodate.
