Place was backed up because of grand opening day but they still managed stellar service and jersey Mike’s quality…very well trained staff expect many return visits and super glad they finally made it to tazewell county va so we don’t have to travel outside the area to get our favorite subs!! It’s pretty bad when you have to wait 45 minutes inside the restaurant on a hot sub and 5 people that came in behind you got their hot sub before you. It’s pretty bad when you’re sitting there and online orders aren’t being filled at the same time and being cancelled. It’s pretty bad when it takes TWO guys on the grill and they can’t get anything done by laughing and talking, with service like this; you won’t last long. It’ll be a long cold day in hell before I ever come back.
