I had a disappointing experience at this location. Despite having six employees working, the service was incredibly slow, and the wait time was longer than expected. I ordered the Veggie sandwich, and to my surprise, the employee used the meat slicer to cut the cheese — something very concerning for a vegetarian like me. Thankfully, I noticed it and spoke up. To his credit, the employee cleaned the slicer properly and remade the sandwich using a clean cutter. That part was handled well, and I appreciated the effort. Also, the cashiers were friendly, which was a positive in an otherwise frustrating visit.

Food was amazing but as it was our first time we did not know that apparently you’re not allowed or supposed to put lettuce, tomato, mayo etc on the hot subs. When I asked if we could, I was met with attitude from the older employee with glasses. Like me as the customer was inconveniencing her to have to unwrap our subs and make them how we wanted them. The cashier was short and rude. You’d think spending $79 dollars on 4 SUB meals would at least pay for decent staff without attitude and some customer service training. We will never step foot in this restaurant again. Shame, bc the food would have brought us back. Just goes to show that customer service REALLY sets the scene for repeat customers.

Staff was super friendly and working hard to keep the place clean..that impressed us immediately. The subs are simply the best in Wise county..made to perfection..WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK…. UPDATE …We were excited to return for our second trip to Jersey Mike’s …. HOWEVER ….On this visit the staff was very unorganized and lackadaisical. The subs were being made in a very unsanitary way. Cleaning protocols were not being followed… obviously it was a different crew than we had before..we may try again but not for awhile..as we had no desire to eat what we purchased..note to the employees your customers can see you fix their subs!

The Philly Cheesesteaks are great here! The sandwiches are made of quality ingredients, served hot, and taste great! Sometimes you may get old bread with your order. The food prices here are expensive, but usually you get what you pay for.
Most of the staff here are pretty good. Wait times on orders are somewhat long, but the order quality makes up for that. If you like subs, then give this location a visit.

I’ve been to many Jersy Mike’s restaurants, and this location is the best I’ve seen. It is a stand alone building that was built just for this restaurant. The staff were all very friendly. They asked our plans for the day, and we chatted about our trip. The employee who made the subs took time to evenly place the meat and toppings for perfect looking subs. Yum!

My family loves Jersey Mike’s and we were so excited that one was in our area. We’ve never had a bad sub from them so far. Everything taste fresh, and I like how they cut the meat or cook it as ordered instead of it being precut or precooked and microwaved. Jersey Mike’s is pricey, but since they stuff the sandwiches, my boyfriend & I will split it. The people working are nice but they need to work on proper staffing. There have been time we went, and not enough people were working, they had a line in the restaurant and lots of online orders coming in. They did their best and stayed professional, but they were overwhelmed.
