The lady who helped cut the fresh deli meat was amazing, she helped me navigate my first ever Jersey Mike’s visit. She was quick and efficient and basically did laps around the other 3 male employees. The man who added the toppings to my sandwiches was the slowest employee know to man, that being said i gave him a chance but thw problem came when i was the only customer then I get to him and there were 10 other customers waiting. He wasn’t efficient at all and once I got home my friend advised he forgot her bacon and since I had never been there before I didn’t know I needed to remind him of what meats came on that particular order. I ordered two 6in subs and one wrap, all cold cuts and one bag of chips, it cost 29$. This is much higher than Subway but there is a lot more meat on the sandwiches. I personally would order a 4in sub if it was an option (it may be) on my next visit. The subs were huge and more than enough. The subs my husband and I ordered were the “Super Sub” and I added turkey to mine. We enjoyed them but the sandwich wasn’t anything special, just a decent sandwich.

This is the first Jersey Mike’s I have tried. I have been twice. The first time I ordered in store. The medium big kahuna philly was good, but small for $10 and it took 13 minutes to get. The second time I ordered, I used the website and placed an order for a medium club sub with special instructions to have it toasted or heated. I ordered 10 minutes before arriving. When I got there, it was not on the take out rack, so I sat down. A few minutes later a gentleman asked what I ordered and if it was online. I said I ordered a club sub online and asked for it to be heated. He looked around for a minute, found a ticket that had apparently been misplaced, he apologized and said it would be ready in a minute. A few minutes later he said here ya go and apologized again for the wait, which from my online email confirmation to getting the sub was 18 minutes. I got back to my office and the sub wasn’t heated or toasted and like the philly, is small for the price. The employees are nice and friendly, but it’s hard to justify 13 to 18 minutes of a 30 minute lunch break to get a single sub, especially when ordering ahead of time.

Great location and gluten free friendly
They not only offer gluten free bread, but they take all the precautions to prevent cross contamination. Different countertop and workstation, different gloves, and all toppings brought from the back.

Im actually really sad to write this review, as this sub shop has been great in the past, but the last 2 times we have gone now our subs are DRENCHED in oil to the point where we drive home 5 minutes and it’s almost inedible. Also apparently they don’t read their “Special Instructions” they have in the app because every single time they’ve done it wrong. This is not a one off scenario. I will be going to Jimmy Johns from here on out. Absolutely RIDICULOUS FOR $40

We love Jersey Mike’s! This is probably our most frequented locations, and they often have varied staff. Yesterday when we went in, they were having checkout troubles. It took them a few minutes to figure out how to resolve the issues which caused a pretty big back up of customers. However, they figured it out and was very apologetic for the delay. They ran out of napkins after our order, but replenished them in a very timely manner. I wish I knew the gentleman‘s name at the checkout as he was very patient and apologetic for the delay.

We came here to order and go. The store was extremely clean. The sandwiches were excellent. I had Mike Philly (#17) and my husband ordered the Italian (#13). The rolls were soft and everything is made to order. Plus 100% of the proceeds benefitted local charities today on national giving day!

This was newly opened location. Store was nice and clean. Sandwiches were good. Had an issue where neither of us (2 guests) were asked if we wanted ours heated and when my friend said he wanted it heated, it was already wrapped up, she said we do that before the toppings are added so she didn’t heat it. He had no toppings on it. Then we went to get tea and got one cup and the dispenser ran out so he got something else but told them it was out. We sat down to eat and saw them put up an out of order sign on the sweet tea container. This was at 4 pm and there were 5 people working. Not sure the reasoning behind not making more tea with it being so early in the day.
