I got to the store about 8 minutes before they closed. There were customers still in the store and we went to the counter to place our order. We were told that the grill was closed, but we wanted cold subs anyway so we placed our order. From that moment on, this was the rudest staff I have ever witnessed at Jersey Mike’s. They seem extremely irritated that we were there and they were shoving our sandwiches as they were being prepared. I tipped them because I believe in making sure wait staff feel appreciated, but at the end, we had ask for a bag and the associate did not even put our sandwiches in the bag. In the end, we did not feel appreciated aa cuatomers. This is not an experience I am used to. I am a Jersey Mike’s reward member and this service was horrible. This took place on 11/1/25, 8:52 pm.

For years we have gotten take out from this location. Due to the distance home, we get the bread on the side so we don’t have soggy sandwiches when we get home. However, now they have a new policy that I have to pay extra to do that? Will not be returning. Sad

I orderd 4 sandwiches online, when I picked them up and got home. I opened them to find that it looked like they where made by dogs, one had no lettuce, seasoning or nothing, the others were smothered in mayo. Whom ever made those sandwichess should be fired. I will be coming to the store today for a refund.

However the service missed; the labor market is hard. With that said, I expected more here.
I was next in line, when I see a mobile order for 6 subs in front of me in line (the ones with the order receipt on top of the lead bread), with 6 in store orders waiting to be ordered behind me (2 mobiles orders in front of them, after me).
2 employees (1 wearing sunglasses) with idle hands behind the register. It was odd considering there was an entire fresh prep board with toppings behind them waiting to be used.
Subs are always fresh, this location is premier, store always in clean condition— just expected more from service. Have to push, speak their language, it is tough to lead— now more than ever.
