I placed a mobile order for a big kahuna cheese steak around 1145a. The app said it’ll be ready at 12:26p (35min wait). When I got there, the place was empty, only 1 customer and 1 cashier. I picked up, drove home, took a bite, and it’s chicken, not beef! I’ve ordered here occasionally bc it was the only branch still open within 15-20 min drive. Previous orders were as slow but at least they were correct (I always order the same thing). $12/sandwich, non rush hours, and still wrong? I’m done with this branch. Not recommended.

This is my first time in Jersey Mike. 30+ mins for a sandwich in a non busy shop is unacceptable. The stuffs seem busy chitchatting with each other rather than focusing on the customer. Ultimately got back without the food and decided to avoid this chain (Assuming all other locations follow same/similar standards).

I waited 2 weeks prior to deciding to issue the following PSA: this location is awful. Dirty, non existent customer service, and they close early even though their hours are posted on the door. I might write to corporate too. I had such a horrible experience. I arrived at 825 in-person on a Tuesday and was ignored for around 5 minutes as everyone cleaned around me while I waited at the counter. Then, only after they realized I was not going to leave did one of the staff rudely and unprofessionally told me that they had already shut down the grill (they had just begun to clean it I know how to clean a grill at a grease joint; trust me) and would not be able to make me food. I begged. I explained that I hadn’t eaten all day and the only response I got was laughter. I LOVE Jersey Mikes but I will NEVER enter this location again. Worst service I’ve had all year.

I love Jersey Mike’s subs but this place has gotten my order wrong twice. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and the sub I recieved had neither chicken or bacon on it. The employees were sitting in the back and didn’t want to help customers. I would go the extra mile to go to another location.

I am very disappointed! I am not sure if it’s because I look young, humble or black but all the workers in there weren’t African American, they were Hispanics. I literally stood there for 10 mins, no one acknowledged me nor helped me! They were acting as if they were making online orders. So I just asked for a cup that I paid for and just when I am walking out the door, two white people come in, immediately got greeted and were asked for their orders.
It was my first time here and was really ready to try Jersey, but hopefully I try it elsewhere! Definitely not here!

I placed an order to-go inside the store. They told me it would be a small wait time (15-20 mins) but in reality they make me wait 45mins. So when I check why it’s taking so long, they are making 5+ doordash orders while me and a few others stand around waiting 40+ mins. Also, after they give me my food they don’t pay me out insinuating that I should keep waiting so I speak up and tell them to check me out immediately! The system of priority needs to be reevaluated at this location. You should serve the guest in store first before DoorDash, especially if I waited over 30mins..

Tonight was my first time at this location. The very sweet woman who took my order was so respectful and was very knowledgeable on the menu. Her name was River and because of my experience with her I will be coming back to this store again . River would be a good fit for management material. I would highly recommend this location. I have been to the springfield location and I stop going due to the disrespectful employee they have working there. Thank you River for a job well done an being so caring. You can tell she like her job.

I’m not one to give low ratings but this location needs attention. The dining area is dirty and the trash is overflowing. It’s not busy, the staff are just behind the counter talking and joking.

They are using profanity loudly in front of customers. Part of their conversation was that one of their co workers sent them a picture of themselves standing barefoot on the food prep counter. They laughed about it. One of the workers is currently sitting on a food prep counter.
