Usually their subs are great…. This is what I got today. Man this sub left me still hungry because where is the meat? I guess it depends who is working, what day, and what time you go. This is the hot Italian. A got this exact sub a few weeks ago and it was very meaty. Now today, I get little broken up pieces of meat slapped on my sub? I would appreciate to get what I pay for, no matter what day or time it is. Where is the consistency? Is there someone able to explain to me if this is the STANDARD now? If this is the standard, I won’t get it again. Thanks.

I am usually not one to write reviews for chain restaurants, as I tend to expect a uniform experience wherever I go. That said, this Jersey Mike’s in Dundalk consistently stands out from the pack and deserves recognition.
I have been eating Jersey Mike’s since well before they expanded into Maryland, first discovering them back in the mid 2000s. No matter where I am, I can always rely on them for a solid hoagie. This Dundalk location upholds that reputation and then some.
From both a food and service standpoint, they have been rock solid time and time again. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from the order accuracy to the overall friendliness and efficiency. You can tell this is a team that actually takes pride in what they do.

Best subs period. Ive lived in the Philly area and they have the best cheesesteak outside of Philly. The Italian is amazing as well. Bread is perfect. Little pricey but worth it for quality

What happened to your customer service and food quality? When at the location, I stood at the register for 7 minutes without being acknowledged however other people were. Upon opening my sub, the entire bottom was saturated with grease and so soggy, it was not edible. Picture attached. This will be my last visit, and i feel a refund should be in order.

The roast beef and provolone sub is what I normally order. The last 2 times the roast beef has been full of fat and not good quality. I am done with this Jersey Mike’s. Just not good anymore!

Today for lunch I had an amazing dining experience at the Dundalk Jersey Mike’s. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome although they were very busy! As I walked towards the counter I was greeted and was kindly asked if was ready to order which made me feel like a valued customer. I ordered a giant Turkey club sandwich and I added some peppered ham on top and I was amazed when I saw my sandwich because it looked delicious and had generous amounts of meat and toppings (definitely worth the amount I paid for the sandwich). The three workers were very lively and energetic, even asking me about my day and my weekend. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I’ll definitely be coming back. The food was delicious, was fairly priced, and the atmosphere made me want to stay so I ate my sandwich at the tables and I enjoyed every minute I was in there!

I went in at 8:40pm today and ordered two giant subs. Their subs are already overpriced And they didn’t put as much meat on both subs as they usually do. They skimped on that part. As I walked in, there was no welcome, when I walked up to the counter, the girl asked me “what do you want” and had an attitude then she proceeded to check me out before both subs were done and I said thank you about six times during the visit And not once did she acknowledge it. The name on my receipt is Sarah and it look like she had a friend standing there talking to her that wasn’t working there distracting her from her duties on company time. When the guy handed me both subs in a bag I said, thank you twice, and he would not acknowledge it and had an attitude as well. I get home and go to eat the sandwich and the bacon taste nasty and old as it should not be like that with the price of the sandwich. I recall from my visit tonight that the bacon was left out on the prep table and it seems to be left in the food temperature danger zone for quite some time. I really just wanted to ask for my money back but didn’t feel like waiting and dealing with their attitude and low vibration. I understand this is a private company and the owner should not just apologize but fix this problem and maybe work a few days here instead of collecting all the money. I hope that Corporate can step in on this due to the owner failing to provide the service and expectation that Jersey Mike’s has Per the enormous amount of previous reviews.

As the same as Subway, you have to purchase extra meat or cheese if you want more on your sub. Majority of their subs are meaty not veggie but I do think there is a vegetarian sub available. I enjoy the Turkey and Provolone with L,T,M.
