Just like other reviews my experience is no different got my hot sub for carry out Wed 2/4 it was not made as requested for a simple order. This place has been messing up my orders a lot lately because they don’t care with rude lazy workers using the wrong bread requested, overcooking the meat, not including all the ingredients on sub it really shouldn’t be this difficult for a simple order from their menu. The place is filthy inside with dirty tables, countertop, floor, an overflowing trash can and splatters on side of the drink machine with enough workers who are too lazy to clean and wipe down all of these when they are not busy because management at this location can’t get their act together a 3 year old could do a better job running this Westminster location if you want your order done correctly and a cleaner Jersey Mike’s pick a different location because this one doesn’t care about their customers orders and having a clean store for the customers!!!

My husband and I came here tonight for dinner after being snowed in. I’ve been seeing on social media about the sub bowls and I wanted to try one so bad. I ordered the Jersey Shore Bowl Mike’s way and it was absolutely delicious! I love that they offer this option for those who do not want a ton of bread and they can fully enjoy the toppings!

Very friendly customer service. I called ahead of time to ask if this location offered the gluten free bread bc I have celiac. (Also bc I was driving and not able to get on the app to look myself) They were helpful and honest. When I got there to order the staff was knowledgeable on gluten free and explained they’d do their best to accommodate me, even asking if this was for an allergy or preference showing genuine concern. Sub was great tasting, made well and bread was fresh (sometimes I’ve been to mikes in nj and their gluten free wasn’t fresh probably bc it doesn’t get ordered often) and I felt listened to and served well as a customer who will definitely be returning to and recommending this location. Great job, all! Thank you 🙂
