I cannot believe I have not rated this location before! They are awesome! My sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. Today, the owner let me sample their new chicken salad and it is bomb! I am picky about chicken salad and their salad is like mine.
Their service is Amazing as well. These days we don’t expect much in customer service but Jersey Mikes Odenton is top notch! They always greet you with a warm welcome. Please stop by today. You will be back!

I recently visited Jersey Mike’s and ordered their Mike’s Famous Philly, and I have to say, it was absolutely incredible! As someone who has tried countless sub shops, Jersey Mike’s consistently stands out as my top choice, and this experience just solidified that. The flavors of the Philly were perfectly balanced, and the ingredients tasted so fresh. Every bite was genuinely delicious.
My only minor critique, and it’s a departure from my usual positive experiences here, was regarding the service during my most recent visit. Typically, the staff are quite friendly and welcoming. However, the person who served me today was unfortunately not as personable. They seemed pretty cold and unfriendly, which was a bit disappointing compared to the usual warm atmosphere.

The owner, Mohammed Smith is so nice and welcoming when you come into the store. Makes sure he acknowledges everyone that walks in and walks out. The food is always delicious! My goal is to try everything at least once and create my own menu of items that I enjoy. He doesn’t mind striking up a conversation with customers to make them feel welcome. Every time I order online the food is not only hot, fresh, and on point without fail, but is also prepared in less than 10 minutes. Whenever I come inside, it’s always nice to see his face as he’s so happy and you can tell he is passionate about his business. The inside of the restaurant is such a nice place to just chill and relax. Cool, and nice looking location and environment. Awesome to just chill with company and have a good meal. You should definitely check it out! Over five stars! It’s located to the right of the plaza before you get to Weis! Thank me later!

Jersey Mike’s hit the spot today! The staff was super welcoming as soon as I walked in, and they helped me build the perfect sub. They even double-checked to make sure everything looked good before I ordered. The ingredients were all fresh, and the sandwich was definitely big enough to fill me up. So glad this new location is close by – I’ll definitely be back for another delicious sub soon!

Pretty sure I asked for rosemary bread and my meat cooked well done in my steak sub. The cook was already done with my food by the time I sent two quick text messages and my meat tastes gamey. The cook didn’t look happy to work there last night. Super annoyed

When this location opened it was great. Now, not so much. Why have us put our names with our subs when ordering online?
Last night one of the subs we ordered was super simple. Turkey, cheese, mayo, white bread. What we got was a disgusting soppy we mess with lettuce and tomatoes and I don’t even know what else. It was inedible!

I’m sorry to say I never ate at Jersey Mike’s Subs until today. My sandwich was delicious! I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich with the Rosemary bread and I wish I ordered the full sandwich. The staff were friendly and attentive and took my order as soon as I approached the counter. The music was upbeat and I enjoyed my lunch. Thank you Jersey Mike’s.

Hands down, the best Jersey Mike’s in the Anne Arundel area! The staff is very friendly, professional and personable. They remember customers, and always greet you immediately after walking in.
The restaurant is very clean, and they use the freshest ingredients and make sure each item is done right. The Italian Sub was especially memorable on the rosemary bread. Must try!
