For a nearly $20 sub, where’s the meat?? This is not how you get customers to come back. Did the new ownership immediately put out a memo to start skimping??
Following up (3/24/25), I revisited this location, hoping my last experience was a one-off, and got the same order. I’m happy to report that this order easily met my expectations as to what I expect from JM. More meat(!) and a well balanced sub. Will return! Thanks guys!

Great subs at good prices ($16 ish for a giant (1400-1800 calories)), options for customizations and tons of predesigned classics. Service is pretty quick and there is ample indoor seating. Convenient location at Beltway Plaza mall. They also have chips and sodas. Ample indoor seating and they also have a restroom.
We got the chicken bacon ranch (very good) and the Mike’s Phillycheese steak (good but not a great representation of the original Philadelphia one).

They refused to let children use the restroom. They had 2 restrooms and they closed both of them to the public. I’ve been to this sandwich shop before and it’s always hit or miss when you go. They don’t want to clean the restrooms so they close them. Don’t go to this sandwich store!

I really enjoy the sub’s here, but yesterday I ordered a #65 and a #64, one having chicken and mushrooms and the other having just mushroom and cheese. Our order wasn’t right and received the #64 as a steak and mushroom somehow? We hadn’t noticed until after leaving the store so it’s a shame since my friend wasn’t enjoy her meal as she’s vegetarian. I usually enjoy the food but just a psa to double check your orders before leaving.
It’s possible the person making it wasn’t aware the sandwhich was meatless but it did leave us with a terrible experience 🙁
