Order uber eats for 2 giant Italian subs for $50+ what I received was truly shocking the sub meat is super thin, more of a bread and lettuce sub. Wawa put more meat on there sub than Jersey Mike’s. The quality of sandwich is disappointing its sad. This is it fir $22.

The server was rude and had a nasty attitude for no reason, even though I was being polite the entire time. When it was my turn to order, she asked what I wanted in a very short and snappy tone. I told her I wanted a #43. She looked annoyed and said, “A Big Kahuna.” I said, “No, 43 Chipotle,” and she responded with “Chicken or steak?” again with attitude. I was genuinely confused by her demeanor.
After the sub was finally ordered, I held my hand out for the ticket, and instead of handing it to me, she placed it on the counter. Completely unnecessary and in my culture that is disrespectful. Customer service here is seriously lacking.

Food is okay but the customer service needs a lot of work. If it weren’t for the rain today I would’ve gone right past this location to Clinton where I’m greeted properly & have a much more pleasant & consistent customer experience.

Ordered the Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese steak hot sub. The sandwich was delicious, made with fresh ingredients. The service was good. There was a little bit of a line but the staff managed the queue quickly.

Staff was pleasant. After receiving my sub and getting to my destination 5 minutes later, I opened the bag to find a sloppy, wet steak and cheese. I was starving, so I ate half but threw the rest away. And the sub bread was stale…Maybe the store needs better quality control.

First visit, sandwich was disgusting, soggy and overloaded with cheese, and just a skimpy bit of onions and peppers. Called the manager, went back for replacement next day and was disappointed again. Second sandwich was falling apart from pieces of the bread torn off and hard, cold chicken meat that should have at least been warm, if not hot. For the price paid, you’d think they would make the subs with more care. They just throw them together with poor quality, you don’t get anything worth what you pay. Don’t waste your time going to this location.

I waited 50 minutes for my order of 4 subs to be completely wrong. One of my hot subs, the chicken cheese steak didn’t even have meat on it. It only had mushrooms and onions. It was a complete soggy mess. A waste of money and time. This store is poorly managed and lacks any type of organization! I called to see if my order could be corrected, but I was meet with rude customer service that refused to fix my order that was incorrect. A totally waste of $40. Most definitely will not return to this establishment. To be honest, this ruined my Jersey Mike’s experience and I won’t be back.

I’m so over Jersey Mikes and their outrageous prices which in comparison to the food portions is even more ridiculous. Paid 9 dollars for a mini Italian Sub which is the size of a small roll of tissue, and then a “regular” Cheesesteak for 14 dollars!! which is about an inch longer then the mini , Jersey Mikes is not that good to be charging an arm and a leg for just barely a foot long sub if you combine the two sandwiches I’ve shown in the picture. I’m just done ordering from here because I’m starting to feel scammed out of 25+ dollars each time I order. The only thing save them from me giving a 1 star is the food at least taste good but again it’s not all that for the outrageous prices.
