I love the fact that this jersey mikes is black owned. I come here often. I ordered my sub online. I arrive 5mins late because its NEVER ready. I get there its not ready. I come here on my lunch breaks so I dont have time to wait. Today I spent my whole break waiting on half of my order. I watched the dude at the counter take 2 orders and make them after I was told we are “working on it”. I was furious being that I had to make another stop on my break. That I couldnt do because the customer service failed me again. I wanted to give them a piece of my mind but I decided not to and keep my kool. I always walk into places and see black people yelling at the workers and I aways told myself I’d never do that because I work in customer service as a black man. But today I had to hold myself back from being that person. Its for reasons like this. I will continue to support my people but please make sure the customer comes 1st. 41 minutes for a online order is crazy. I was late coming back from break due to the lack of attention to detail. Not to mention the sandwich was made incorrectly. Thank you!!

Had to leave a review after I had an amazing sandwich here yesterday. Customer service 10/10. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Establishment was very clean and well kept. Anyone looking for a tasty sub should definitely stop on by! I will most certainly be back!

Let me start my review by saying that the star ratings are based on my daytime experience, but I also highlight the positives in this review as well, that took place with the evening crew.

My husband and I love great customer, which is why we returned to this location based on our first visit. However, we were disappointed with this visit. Our first visit was an evening visit where Tristan, Christina, and the evening crew assisted us and gave amazing customer service.

However, today we visited this location during the day and this crew (different crew from our first visit) did not match what we experienced before. The tension in the atmosphere amongst the owner/manager and staff was felt. There was no joy on the faces of any of the workers. The music playing was inappropriate. Had this been our first experience, we would not be as enthused to return.

That said a family member wanted Jersey Mike’s this evening and I said to them “if Tristan and his staff are not working then I will not stop” and they agreed after hearing about my unpleasant experience earlier that day. Thankfully, Tristan, Christina, and the staff this evening were present and rendered yet again great customer service. While we try to support local businesses, there is an expectation of receiving good customer service. We understand that everyone’s personality is different, but everyone from management on down should be able to give good customer service.

Update: I don’t want to just comment on the negative, but I think its fair to comment on when corrective action is taken as well. Since leaving my review I recently saw the manager and she was very pleasant and apologetic for the experience my husband and I had and offered a courtesy to us for our next visit. I would like to add that once it was brought to her attention by staff that we left the review, she initiated interaction with us and really took accountability and was very sincere. That really meant a lot to us.

Here for the day
I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment. The employees are always friendly and go out of their way to be exceptional. I come here frequently and have always been taken care of and I look forward to coming in after long shifts. There is a clear difference between just purchasing food and feeling welcome in a place!

I’ve been a returning customer for some time now, but after last week i think i’ll be coming for the last time. Who i think is the owner and manager are constantly arguing whenever i’m here, and if its not that it’s just the constant dirty environment, it’s never clean! theres lettuce in the onions and lettuce in the tomatoes. Boards aren’t clean when they need to be. I used to frequent the other one before the move. The food is good online but i can’t stand coming here in person, there’s always too much going and and a poor ownership environment. Wouldn’t recommend. Also whenever i pick up my food it’s never ready. Also its bought out by P.E. Buy local!!!
