Went in the other evening…there’s was about 5 ppl behind the counter..one taking orders, one leaning behind the register staring at me and the guy taking phone orders, others cleaning and in the back. I was the only person inside and not one person took my order.. I walked out. Morning service is better. Their turn over rate is crazy…always new staff. I’ll return in the am or when they hire adults who want to work.

I have been a customer at this Jersey Mike’s for years and the customer service has completely gone down. The last several times I’ve gone to the restaurant no one speaks. I walk in and say hello and no one acknowledges that I spoke. Today I went in with my mother to order lunch at 10:45 AM, there are only two people working, no one acknowledges that we’re standing there. We wait patiently, 10 minutes later we still haven’t been acknowledged. The last 4-5 times I’ve gone to Jersey Mike’s I literally drive the extra 15+ min to Crofton to go to a different franchise because the Bowie customer service is so terrible. There’s no excuse or reason for the terrible service.

First tried Jersey Mikes in New Jersey and when I spotted another one I just had to stop by. The San which was good just like before. I got the chipotle cheesesteak for around $9.50 tax included. Pretty tasty stuff.

I was thinking all Jersey Mike franchises used shaved meat that is why I went. In OC, MD turkey was shaved. On TV it is also shaved. Why not on Bowie or Crofton!

Not a sub guy generally, but thought I would give it a try. Ordered regular philly cheese steak, glad I didn’t order large sub. Lots of meat, really hearty and enjoyed. Staff was pretty friendly too.

Very poor customer service. I arrived at the restaurant 20 mins before closing. The floor was completely covered in soapy water and they were cleaning the meat slicer. I ask from the door way if they are closed. 2 individuals ignored me and 1 pulled out there phone and shrugged. I walked away, got in my car and drove by to find 2 other possible patrons tugging on the door they had now locked with over 15 mins still left in business hours. The two possible customers were gesturing and asking through the glass if they were closed. They eventually threw their hands up and walked away.
