First and last time getting Jersey Mikes. Didn’t know this location existed. Ordered an Italian bowl #13($9.95) with extra bacon ($1.65) & meat($1.85) with a wrap ($9.95) & extra meat($1.85) Total $25.25. I walked in and greeted the lady at the counter. She said nothing. Someone else walked up and greeted me. My food was ready on time. I get to my car and open the bag to find my wrap soggy and the salad sad. If this is what you call a salad bowl then stop selling them. Where’s the lettuce? I call and get attitude saying her and some guy made my salad. Didn’t know it takes 2 people to make a sad salad!! She saw there was barely any lettuce and added “extra”. The bacon isn’t cooked. I expected the bowl to be full of salad. Just do better or quit your job.

I will not return here ever again, the young lady in here had an attitude on the phone and insisted I pay over the phone and basically told me I had to be there working 5-10 minutes, came to pick the food up and she still had an attitude. I don’t know who hired her but she needs to check herself.. wasn’t greeted when i walked in the store but was screamed at to have a good day on my way out the door.. they need to evaluate their staff. The food tasted like they put a pound of ketchup and Mayo on the cheesesteak.

I came in, placed my order, paid no problem. That was at 12:15. Stood there and waited and waited until 12:40 until I said something. I gave them a little grace because it was busy, but nobody paid attention to me until I got their attention. The three of them behind the counter were arguing about where my sandwich was and then the one guy was like “ I made it, I guess someone took it” and realized he hid it in the back and gave it to the girl. The girl apologized to me profusely, but the guy just laughed it off like it was nothing. Very disappointed in the lack of care.

On March 24th, I placed an order online that was stated to be ready at 11:37. I arrived at appx 11:30 and waited for the order. As I waited, I observed the two staff members were a little overwhelmed with an influx of orders – no big deal, I get it. Over the course of the next 45 mins, I waited and watched other patrons come in and wait, be acknowledged and asked their names, and have their tickets pulled and made. I additionally observed one girl flip through tickets that were piled on the counter and from the printer, to pick and choose ones to work on. I was never once acknowledged as I waited quietly. After 40 minutes, I asked another girl (who had just come on shift) to please cancel my order and have it refunded as my lunch break was now over and I had to return to work. It is now April 3 and I have since reached out to the corporate office twice about this issue to be told the store would contact me and issue the refund. NO contact has been made and NO refund processed. Extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this location

This place is a disaster. I gave it three chances and I have had enough no staff, no speed, no supplies, no soda. I have been around jersey mikes for 40 years to i include the orogonal in pt pleasant…this is one of the worst. I will go across town like I did before.

This is the worst new store by far! My teenage daughter worked here as her first job when they opened and from the beginning i knew the owner Jen was going to be an issue. She allows her staff to make racist comments without penalty and when my daughter decided to put her two weeks notice in Jen fired her immediately. She plays with these teenagers because she knows they are inexperienced.The only good employee they have left working is Faith. Jen has managed to run everyone else away after failing to belittle and manipulate them. If you want a good jersey mikes sub the location on 896 is just as good with friendly staff.

Nice place, good quality, and friendly staff. Nice drink selection, it’s nice that they have some unsweetened drinks like unsweetened pure leaf tea and bubly selzters. Only concern is everything is a bit on the expensive side.
