Spent $33 dollars on 2 hoagies. Order on the first was wrong. Second was to include extra pepperoni. Didn’t get it. Could have purchased 5 plus hoagies from Wawa across the street. Disappointed meal for the price. Photos attached

My son and I had the best experience here this evening. We did not realize it was close to closing. The woman who greeted us was sweet as can be and made our delicious sandwiches. I saw her lock the door and she assured us to take our time bc they still had a lot of cleaning to do. The place is absolutely immaculate, the cheesesteak was delicious, and the service was top notch! I unfortunately didn’t get the women’s name but she is an absolute asset to the business.

Terrible… they didn’t clean the grill. Black grill sludge cooked into my chicken cheese steak. So sick now. Didn’t realize that’s what they did until I had already eaten a few bites. They did refund me after I drive 15 minutes back. Since it was a takeout order, the grill cook probably figured they wouldn’t get called out for serving poison. After eating at many Jersey Mike’s and spending about $800 a year with them, I won’t be going back to any of their locations. Disgusting way to prepare food. Fire who was on the grill. I’ve worked the grill myself and would never serve that digesting residual black sludge to anyone. CLEAN YOUR GRILL! I’d have rather paid you a $100 and not taken a bite than deal with the food poisoning you served up.

I use to love this place until the other day. I had to ask to have my order taken from your team members that was just standing around. Then when I got home to eat I discovered that you made my sandwich on the wrong bread and when I tasted the hoagie it was Horrible. I will probably never go to this Jersey Mike’s again but everything was good until the other day. Maybe I’ll try another place instead of driving 10 miles to get Horrible service and food
