I come here every once in a while and not once have I had an experience like this one. I usually have a pleasant experience but this time was the complete opposite. I came in and had to wait a little longer than usually but that was expected because they seemed pretty slammed with orders. I also think the added stress from one of the there fellow coworkers was not helpful. What I saw today was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The way that it was being ran and the treatment the employees were getting was inexcusable. One of the workers was yelling and degrading the other worker. I even heard her call them names and talking about their work ethic even though I thought they were doing more work and moving with more efficiency than her. I am only writing this review so that management can do something about this awful worker. I really hope this finds itself in the right hands so this person gets the talking they deserve. I want to reiterate my experience with the other workers and the quality of my food was an amazing but the environment felt hostile. The date I visited this establishment was 01/16/2026

This location seriously upholds such incredible customer service standards. I regularly catch myself coming to this location and taking my food with me places/events, rather than stopping along the way to a different location.
The staff truly provide a friendly, welcoming, and positive atmosphere that keeps this customer coming back for more, and telling my friends/neighbors about this location in particular. And the food tastes freshly made every time.

Arrived for my pickup order no one greeted or annotated me standing there. Order was not ready when arrived. The woman making the sandwiches completely ignored and wouldn’t even look at me. She catered another customer that arrived after me and was yelling at her co worker when from the looks of it he was doing his job efficiently. She was very unprofessional in front of customers. Visit was 1/27 at 1:45pm.

They cut part of the roll off to make the sandwiches smaller. It’s like this wherever we order from now. It’s not worth ordering from anywhere anymore, just to end up pissed off. I could have made a packed 2-foot, or even 3-foot, hoagie myself with lunchmeat from the supermarket for what these cost. Won’t be ordering from here ever again.
