⛳Dropped in for a Sub and chips and classic chips everything was really clean cut. Lots of staff. Sandwich was really good.

I recommend the half because it’s really a large in my opinion. The whole is for 2 people.

Did a online order through the app. Took like 10-15 minutes. Plus they tell you when to pick it up. Highly recommend the app, plus you build points.

Ordered 4 giant sandwiches online for pick up. 3 Italians and 1 stickball. All looked and tasted fresh. Pick up was easy. We will order again in the future if they stay awesome. Thanks Jersey Mike’s for making my family’s dinner so I can get a day off!

Not too sure what the hype was all about.

In the order I was apart of, mistakes were made on other sandwiches. (All male staff at a sandwich making establishment, not shocked at this)

The website is deceiving about sizes and the product you’ll receive. Main point: the “regular” size is depicting a sandwich with both ends removed and around 8 inches (assuming 2 inches from each end were removed from a 12 inch roll). Not so much. The end was still attached and you can clearly see it was half of a 12 or 13 incher. Its a surface area issue to me.

Not a fan, even though the flavor is fine. It just feels like a brand name to overcharge blue collar people. Objectively not special.

My order was a super sub and roast beef and cheese. Part of a larger order. Mine was done Mike’s way, minus the filler vegetables.

Personally feel like the Supermarkets have equal subs for cheaper and faster.

My experience, wont go again unless its a gift card given to me.

First Jersey Mike’s experience today. Ordered a giant #17 cheesesteak. It was delicious!! The kids working behind the counter were all very nice, they all kindly greeted/acknowledged me. My order only took a couple minutes. For the giant size cheesesteak and a 20oz soda, it cost $27 before tip, which is pretty wild, but I enjoyed it so much that it was worth paying a little more for good food. Will definitely be back!

Angela and Crew are a welcome addition to the Milford area. The Crew was engaging the moment you entered until you exited. Can’t decide what you want, order on the mobile app, the are so many options! However, you can never ever go wrong with a #13 IMO!

So I am big time jersey points earning customers. And your store never gets my orders right. Even when I come in and eat here. I was so pleased to hear that there was a Mike’s coming to my area . But after my experience here today and the attitude on your slicer whom I believe is a manger, I won’t be coming back. Best of luck with your store.

Be careful if you don’t like the food. According to the manager they don’t let you exchange or refund if you don’t like it. Only if they mess it up. She will argue and yell at you in a store full of people. Also don’t get the hot Italian. It tastes more like burnt pickled ham. The only reason I gave another star review for service is because they had a guy there who had a really great customer service personality. The manager does not.

i ordered a sub at 12:09, got an email it was ready for pick up at 12:24. my sub was not ready til 12:50, there was nobody in line. i could have went through and ordered it in person and still got my sub faster then the mobile order. a whole hour to complete a mobile order is just ridiculous.

Much of the shredded lettuce was brown and not fresh looking. While making my sandwich any peppers that fell off the sandwich and off the cutting board and onto the counter was placed back on the sandwich. The employees were loud with one girl saying she was sorry over and over making it unprofessional.

Placed an order on the app. All 3 sandwiches was not right. Called them person on the phone was rude. I explained this was dinner he said we are closing soon you can come back tomorrow. 55 dollars worth of food that my family won’t eat. Very poor service from Ethan!!!!
