Way to long on line and then when it’s you turn, if you order a hot sub it get handed off to someone else. Then the process seems to start over. Also they seem like they are more interested in Online orders. 30 minutes was just way to long for a sandwich at a brick and mortar fast food place.

I gotta say, Jersey Mike’s is the bomb. When you wait and watch the fresh ingredients be cooked up and ready to serve or simply throw together that were made for today’s excellency, you get the various flavors in your mouth that scream awesomeness! Whether it’s the bite of an Italian sub with their peppers and divine oil and vinegar to the chicken bacon ranch which mixes all the flavors alongside the lettuce and tomato together, you get a feeling that’s so wonderful it makes you wish to return, even if the price is a little more than you expect.
This spot is also not very far from where I live and parking’s what it is, so I’m not going to cry over it. It’s also usually clean and serves whatever you asked for on time, as I went there twice and was never disappointed. If you’re expecting a quick sandwich, I recommend the hell out of this place. Please, come here for something fresh!
Also, the people taking my order were clear when spoken to and they didn’t mess around. Friendly as well, so I hope they’re able to work there as much as they can.

I don’t know what happened to this store over the last month but it has just gotten worse with every visit. They never make my food right. They never give me the right bread and they forget my toppings AND BACON!! The employees are rude and unwelcoming. It seems like it’s everyone’s first day on the job. It looks dirty in there. And on top of this I waited 30 minutes for one sandwich when there was 2 people in the store. You would think with how expensive this is, you’d get good service. Wrong. Whoever manages this store should be ashamed. I love Jersey Mike’s but this store has ruined it for me. This store will never get my business again.

I ordered from Uber Eats and I’m sure it was busy as it was lunchtime … my sandwich was made incorrectly and the crew made up for it perfectly.. the customer service they provided for me when I came back was amazing and I thank you all..

Go somewhere else. No one works here. I walk in and theres one customer and 5 employees including the manager. I stood at the front for 3 minutes till someone directed me to The back where I needed to go order where I stood there for another 4 minutes while all the employees stared at me and did nothing except continued deli slicing and leaning on the counter. Not sure if that’s how you do business and gain more customers but I’m pretty sure it’s not. Seriously the fact of the manager was standing there they were all staring at me and nobody did anything when I walked out the door without even ordering or nobody came out and said anything when they saw me walk by with a pizza box instead 2 minutes later tonight yeah go somewhere else

Shrinkflation Alert! They slightly raised their already inflated prices, but now the sandwiches contain less meat. Stop supporting corporations that rip off consumers by sneakily removing ingredients and thinking that you, the customer are too stupid to realize.

Don’t get me wrong it was delicious but why am I spending so much money for getting so little meat. There is more lettuce than there is turkey and I ordered a mini; that is about $8.00 with tax. Someone in my family ordered a roast beef and provolone cheese and let me tell you it was only filled with only about a half an inch of meat literally less than my turkey sandwich and it was a giant which is almost $20 which doesn’t make sense because how can a mini get more meat then a giant?????? This is ridiculous.

First Jersey Mikes I was disappointed with we left. Did not have all of the breads. Thdy tried to sneak it thru. Tried to make an Italian sub way wrong. They couldnt understand our objections. Mayo and olives were not requested on on an italian sub btw. We left.

Good portions, not stingy like other places.
Their tuna is the best around anywhere.

Great customer service. I didn’t catch the employee’s name, but he was talk with locks – extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable of gluten allergy protocol (without me even having to ask for it). Great location.
