We stop in for dinner and we had two delicious entrees my wife hap a huge stack of double blueberries pancakes. I ate sirloin tips with double veggies & toasted cheese.EXCELLENT meals, the service was great, the restaurant was very clean and so were the restrooms. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK FOR DINER AGAIN.

I ordered a medium-rare T-bone steak at IHOP, but it arrived well-done, completely opposite of how I asked. The waiter was polite and offered to take it back to the kitchen, but I declined since I didn’t have time to wait. The manager came over and said he would give me a discount, which on the receipt came out to only 10% off—just two dollars. At that point, I went back to the original offer of replacing the steak because I would have expected a full refund or at least a free replacement given the mistake. That was disappointing and not a good management move in my opinion.
While the staff were courteous, the management’s response to a clear error was underwhelming. If IHOP wants to build customer trust, especially on items like steak which are not their main specialty, better handling of such situations would be key. This experience has made me wary of ordering steak here again.

I lost hope a few years back when I came to ihop in murrieta due to the food not tasting great and service not all that good. However, this location was a total turn around for us. We enjoyed the food, customer service was on point and quick. We were seated quickly and our meals came all within 20 minutes. Definitely recommend this location.

Came in for a quick visit! It was still perfect time for breakfast or lunch. I went with lunch. It was my first time trying this dish. Good amount of onions and mushrooms too. The steak was good too not too chewy or hard to eat. Service was great and presentation of the restaurant was nice and clean. Food came in fast and we were pleased with our visit. Will come back again.

The atmosphere was pleasant, and it was nice to enjoy lunch with friends. Given the long wait times at nearby restaurants, we chose to dine here. I had not visited IHOP in several years, and unfortunately, this experience reminded me why.
I ordered the mushroom omelet, and my wife ordered the strawberry crepes. Regrettably, neither dish met our expectations in terms of quality or flavor. The food was overly greasy and did not reflect the standard we had hoped for.
Based on this visit, I do not plan to return to this location or others in the future, as the meal did not agree with me.

Got a dirty coffee cup and it just killed my appetite. I havnt had ihop in awhile was craving the coffee and just got reminded why I stopped eating here years ago.

First time coming to this IHOP, we had a positive experience at the establishment. Our server, Betsy K, was one of the best servers I’ve had. She made us feel at home with her positive attitude & professional service. The food was great, the table was clean ( including the tables around). The rest room was mostly clean. Overall, a great place to eat. I recommend this loc.

Everything went wrong! The waitress was not very efficient, she brought the wrong order and forgot to bring the coffee pots and took long to bring straws etc. When delivering the plates I could feel how she spilled on my hand cause she wouldn’t stop talking to the people in the next table! Then one of the glasses of water was dirty! The were a lot of hair in the table! The table was dirty! She forgot to bring creamers and the fruit was old and not fresh at all! She took to long to bring the check and the entire experience was awful!

My husband and I were looking for a place to eat on his only day off. There’s so many different places, but there’s no place like IHOP! The atmosphere was so homey and comforting. The service was better than any place I’ve been too in the Temecula area. I recommend for anyone needing a pick me up! They truly make you feel at home
