I had the incredible luck of being the very first customer at this brand new Jersey Mike’s location today! The team was so excited and welcoming right from the start – everyone was super friendly, energetic, and genuinely happy to chat while slicing everything fresh. The atmosphere was bright, clean, and buzzing with that fresh-opening vibe – it felt like a real community spot already.
I went for the #13 Original Italian (Mike’s Way, of course), and wow – it’s hands down the best Italian-style sub I’ve ever had. The meats are piled high and sliced right in front of you, the bread is perfectly fresh-baked, and that signature juice with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, oil, vinegar, and spices ties it all together in the most delicious way. Flavor explosion in every bite!
Can’t wait to come back – this place is going to be a staple. Thanks to the awesome staff for making my first visit (and theirs!) so memorable. Highly recommend!

The food is good…if you get it. Two experiences in a row where I did not. Several nights ago the on-line link said 15 minutes…so I showed up in 20…only to see literally 9 people, including cars at the drive-through, waiting. I was told “we’re running behind…we’ll get it to you as soon as we can.” Except I had some obligations that evening and couldn’t afford to wait an undetermined amount of time. So I left. Lucky employees got to eat my two subs and share the tip as well. Then this evening my wife ordered three subs. She got back to the house to find only two in the bag. OK, maybe that’s on her. She should have checked. But seriously. Oh we had left another nice tip. We’re done with the tips. And done with Jersey Mike’s. We’ll take our chances with Firehouse or Subway.

They are not just slow, my order was made inaccurate twice. Some of the workers are lost with following written directions. They need months of training & experience. I’ll save my coins till later & go back to original sub shop!!
I must share as I called to explain my dissatisfaction with my recent order, they made it up. The order was remade with an extra sub & 2 sub coupons. That is great customer service.
Thank you & your location is back in the line up!!

We live near by and love jersey mikes so we’ve been here several times. Every single time, our order has been wrong. The reason we keep going back is because we keep hoping they’ll figure it out but keep being disappointed every time. If this continues we’ll have to go to places we like less just because they’ll get the subs right at least.

I was excited to give the new location a try. Placed a mobile order for three (3) combo meals and pulled up to the window. A young lady hands me our bag and says to have a nice evening (no drinks).
When I informed her that we should also have drinks she checked the order and then poured our drinks and gave them to us. One of the drinks was different than the other two (all same color) and when asked which was which she couldn’t tell me – said she wasn’t sure. She said sorry and that she has been so sick lately and to have a good night.
Huh?….no offer to correct the situation?
Been so sick lately?….not exactly what a customer wants to hear from someone working around food that you’re about to consume.
So we pull off not knowing which drink is which and then when we get home we pull the food out and find out that they gave us the wrong chips – not what we ordered.
Disappointing first impression.

I placed two separate orders online and headed there 20 mins later. I was the first to pull up to drive thru line. Gave them my name, and two young gentlemen essentially just stood there. After of a few minutes, they decided to move and then handed me one bag which was incorrect. Several minutes later, another young lady comes out and informs me that the entire order was wrong and they had to remake everything. I told them I’d come back in 15 mins as I had to run an errand. Came back 20 minutes later, and went inside. I wish I had a tent to pitch over that circus. Two young ladies were busting their tails to get things done while it appeared to be social hour for the others. After standing there for 5 mins, bag one came out. This order was missing an item. About another 5 mins later, the other order was complete and came out. Once home, subs were missing ingredients and an item was missing.

I understand the food service industry is tough and can get busy, but with proper training and customer service, these issues can be handled a bit better.

I’d like to start by saying Jersey Mike’s has always been delicious with fresh food. This location is no different than any other location. However, service at this location has left me in question and feeling in doubt. When this location first opened it was clearly being run with other workers from another location/locations who were there to set an example, to show a proper Jersey Mike’s. Today, those workers are no longer there. They left and were replaced with young new workers who were never trained, young workers who don’t have a sense of reality and where they are and don’t really want to be there. My experience today has taken a complete 180 degree turn and not for the best. I walk inside to place my order for a few subs. The young possible lead guy (taller and on the fuller framed side) never asked what I wanted. He stared at me, staring completely through me until I made the decision to speak. I made first contact. I told him what I wanted, he never spoke. Immediately my order was wrong, he didn’t get the correct sizes or types of bread. As I made my way down the line another error was made. A young girl forgot to place ham on one of my subs, something I almost didn’t catch. The following young girl never asked if I wanted the subs “Mike’s way”. Again, she as well stood with a glass eyed stare making zero contact. Eventually I was asked with an attitude “what do you want?”. I can’t say enough how happy I was to finally be done inside and leave. I left feeling bad for those who ordered via the app and picking up orders or having them delivered. I feel bad knowing there’s a 90% chance these poorly trained, poorly chosen young hires did not make the orders correctly. Still, I can’t feel angry or upset towards them. I remind myself these are gen Z kids who still don’t understand that 2+2=4. Their minds have been fried and wasted by the use and addiction of the social media likes of TikTok and Instagram. That has become their world that they’ll never escape from. With that said I can only feel sorry for them for what has happened to them. It’s hard to see. But I commend them at the highest level for being there in the first place and for simply trying. For that reason alone I won’t hesitate to go to this location. I’ll just remind myself to keep an eye on what they’re doing knowing they haven’t been properly trained and they’ve never lived in the real social world where communication of speaking and listening is of the utmost importance. Time of noted experience was after lunchtime approximately 1400 hours.

This was second time we got their subs. Both times I got a chicken cheese steak. Chicken was so overcooked it was pathetic. So dry I could not eat it. The other one we got had none of the ingredients on it that we asked for. We asked them to add green peppers and that was the only thing on it.

They need to sell something more than a Philly chicken sub. That all they sell chicken. The Philly steak was ok but not the best quality. They use cheap lunchmeat. Need more variety of cheese for your sandwich. I can’t eat beef and I eat ham a lot at home. So they definitely need to get more variety in meats. Like chicken salad without onion, chicken strips or oven roasted chicken breast lunchmeat. Especially chicken. I go to subway before I go back here. The rolls were wet from the Philly Subs, greasy like.
