Great, prompt, and professional service! I had the best sub that I’ve had in a long time. I got a mini club sub and ordered a cheese steak to take to work. Both subs stayed fresh and didn’t get soggy, even made “Mike’s Way.” I will definitely be back to try other kinds of subs. I’m not sure about some of these bad reviews, but whoever was working on Saturday night 02/28 was friendly, courteous, and makes some great food! Clean establishment. Thank you!

The customer service at this location was absolutely non existent. No greeting at all walking in. I understand they needed to finish the online order first, but to make 5 sandwiches without any eye contact, a greeting, a ‘hey, be with you folks in a minute ‘, nothing from any of the 4 employees all at the counter. Even when they were ready to take my order, no eye contact, no hello. I didn’t even realize he was talking to me at first. If I wasn’t picking up food for my friend, I would have left due to the abyssal service. They could learn a lot from the team at the Camp Hill location.

Never once have I had this type of a experience at any Jersey Mike’s. I have been ordering from this location in Chambersburg pa on walker road for awhile now. I wanted the supreme club and wanted to add ham I was told by Megan that Christian said she is not allowed to do this because it’s messed up there inventory, hmm even though I’m paying for the extra meat? Never had this issue ever then I ask for the parmesan Rosemary bread it was told it was out. All I wanted was my usual sub I order and I get a rigmaroo of excuses. Not happy with the customer service or the run around. They just lost a customer

Megan a associate has horrible customer service. Refuse to allow a customer to add additional meat because quote her manager / store owners stated that it is lowering their inventory so they are unable to add extra meat even though it is paid for. Ask for a specific bread was told that they were out her attitude was horrible and disgusting I do not recommend going to this location especially in the evening it seemed this woman is having a bad day and taking out in the customers. As a paying customer if I am paying for a sandwich and adding additional meat regardless of what type it is I am paying for it that is what I requested and have been getting for several years however I was unable to do this because the staff member stated that the owner was not allowing them to add additional meat to customer sandwiches.

Second time I have been here now, once with my son and then again with the whole family. Awesome subs and only heightened by the fact that they put bacon on almost everything. When it comes to the sandwiches they pile on the meat and cheese, definitely enough to fill even the hungryest of hungry. I like what they have done with the toppings as well by keeping it simple with the fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles and if you like it a little hot jalapeños. Most chain sandwich shops over do it on the toppings to hide the fact that they give you little helpings of meat and cheese and up charge you for more. The employees atleast at this particular location are top notch and on the ball. It was smack dab in the height of the lunch rush when we came in and once again unlike some other chain sandwich shops I have been to lately everyone was hard at work. Everyone was doing their job making sure that every order was filled and filled right. I personally was preoccupied with snapping some good pics and they still got my sandwich made quickly and correctly. This crew had just about moved the entire lunch crowd through before our departure even having time to pose for a pic after cleaning up. I asked one of the employees hiw they did it and she informed me that they had a system and from what I saw it works. I do have to mention as I do in most of my reviews that it is nice to see that all customer service oriented establishments have not gone down hill since the pandemic. Last but most certainly not least the restaurant it self was also clean and well organized including the bathrooms which even smelt good.

It’s our first time trying one of these, and we were not at all disappointed. Our subs were prepared promptly, and exactly as we wanted them. We chose to eat in, in contrast to most of their business at this time being takeout. Music was on, and it was neither too loud nor too obnoxious. If this is typical, we will be giving this company more of our business in the future.

We are newly pregnant and I’ve been craving a jersey mikes sub. I wanted a cold sub but with being pregnant you can’t eat raw meats and they advise when you eat deli meats that they are cooked and heated up. We called and asked if they could heat up the meats for a cold sub and they were able to accommodate a pregnant mamas needs! Thank you so much for the delicious sub!

Lousy staff. Cash register asked for a tip before you can even pay. A tip for what? Taking my order like subway? Staff does nothing and gets over minimum wage. The idea that you would even ask me for a tip is disgusting. Overpriced trash. Will never come back….. tip for trash fast food. Franchises owners must have lost their damn minds.
