I ordered at the counter a regular #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak to go ($10.25). Service was thorough and just a tad slow on the grill. The bread was perfect. Toppings were grilled to perfection and the portions were good. At that other sub place that is trying to find their way, they skimp on their veggies and I always have to ask for more. I’ve never had a bad sub from Jersey Mike’s! Would recommend. Mmmm

I have been at this location twice in the last week, both times I was in the establishment there was one employee that stuck out. She is the reason for this review. She display great qualities when I was there. Both times she was working with two other associates (different each time). She was welcoming taking my order, efficient with her work and hustled the whole time which showed the pride she takes on doing a good job which other employees did not display. This day in age that kind of employee should be valued, wish I would say a pat on the back would be good enough but how that girl worked, if I was a store manager (which is have held that position many times) I would make sure that girl knew her worth. GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE cause she definitely deserves it. At the second visit I asked her name, it is Janaya. SORRY if I spell it wrong. Keep up doing a good job, can’t find people work like that anymore.

Friendly staff, super clean restaurant, and they welcomed us right in. The food was amazing. The manager, Taylor, even stopped by to check how our subs were while we dined in — just fabulous! The atmosphere and customer service were truly top-tier.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I picked up an order to go. Order was ready on time. Gentleman double checked my bag to make sure it was correct. Food was excellent. I had the Big Kahuna Steak and my wife had the Chicken Bacon Ranch. Restaurant was also very clean.

Greated cheerily when you get inside. They act like it is a pleasure to serve you. Brayden is enthusiastic and makes you smile when he serves you. He is the epitome of customer service. The food was delicious. Sitting at the tables is a little chilly because the front door doesn’t always close all the way.

Had a last minute event come together in which I needed to feed 20-30 people. Called this Jersey Mike’s location and they were able to put an order of this size together in a couple hours. Very friendly and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness the service was impeccable! The gentleman at the counter were super nice and the one guy was hilarious. He had me laughing so much about something my boyfriend said about the size of the giant. The place was very clean, the staff was awesome and like most people, we had to wait a bit. But the portobello steak subs were delicious and piping hot and very fresh. I only wish I’d requested more mushrooms… but I’ll be going back and hope that same guy is there. I REALLY wish I’d have caught his name!

I was so excited to hear this place was opening in town. Hands down best sandwich I’ve ever had. I waited a while but that’s to be expected since they just opened. The staff were focused, fast, and above all very polite. I got the 26 (chicken bacon ranch) with pickles on rosemary parm and it was amazing. Favorite part was definitely the bread, it’s absolutely delicious. Overall great experience, will definitely be coming back (hopefully as a regular).
