Very good service and excellent food. Always someone to serve you and always someone to give a helping hand. All of the staff is super friendly and tries to accommodate to every need. Whatever you wanna eat, they have. And if they don’t have it, they’ll try and make it. Noe and Isi are always on the look out if you need something.

Good selection of food. Not enough water service. Constantly having to find a server to ask for more water. They also embarrassed my 13 year old daughter when they told her she needed to put a shirt on over her bathing suit top, that was NOT revealing. As I stood in front of the server with no shirt to go over my swimsuit top. Saw sooo many other customers wearing revealing swimsuit tops. I was incredibly annoyed as my daughter then felt very self conscious. Rules need to be applied to everyone, not just a 13 year-old girl. Won’t be back to that buffet. The server was very rude about it. I didn’t appreciate it at all.

Jose made our stay amazing. He was so attentive to my family of 14 and always made sure we had our drinks. After a few days he would just bring out drink he knew we always wanted while we got our food. Great service. The buffet was repetitive and not the greatest food. I’d recommend premium so you get a break with the restaurants because they’re usually really good. Dinner here was a worse version of lunch. The earlier you go the better the food

Great food and lots of options for your taste. Every day the menu is different and has lots of choices. Fruits, deserts, ice cream and sweets. Kids options menu. All kinds of snacks and drinks, for adults and kids….All you can drink and eat!!! We love it

Our family of eight was staying at the Palace and wanted to have dinner here for a change. The manager refused to give us a single table, explaining that if they allowed it, other families would request the same, which would be inconvenient for their service. When I mentioned that we always get a single table elsewhere, he replied that he didn’t believe that. I found the experience unpleasant. We went back to Palace.
