Staff were nice. Order was correct, but the amount of meat on my “giant” sub looked nothing like the picture and was absolutely nothing like what you get from any of our locally owned delis. I had a coupon and I’m glad of it. This would have been a $20 sub!? I won’t be going back.
Edit after eating: I’ve never seen meat cut so thin and the provolone was literally so thin it was see through. If you’re going to charge premium prices, do premium food.

NOW OPEN! I’ve been waiting so long for them to finally open! Did not disappoint. Staff was awesome. Food was fast. And always delicious subs! Will be a regular here!

I was disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit. The staff member, Austin, was not only unprofessional but also provided inaccurate information regarding combo meals, stating that they do not include drinks and chips. I have visited this location multiple times before, and that has never been the case. After some discussion, he agreed to honor the combo but told me I could only select soda, which was frustrating.
Overall, the experience did not meet the standards I’ve come to expect from this establishment, and I hope the management will address this issue moving forward.

These are by far the best subs in Rochester, definitely worth paying a couple dollars more for! The service staff is always so friendly, you walk out blessed just from short conversations with them. Highly recommend getting your sub Mike’s way, and the spicy relish is incredible! Also, I’m excited to tell my wife they now have gluten-free bread too.

My sandwich was very soggy at first and the manager literally didn’t know that customers could do a refund on doordash. I think that as a manager, you should already know that. Especially if you are working at a restaurant and it has doordash. They remade my food but I literally had to go all the way there to get the new sub. And i found out on the way there that i could refund on doordash. (I was on an uber so I couldn’t have them turn back around).

Wow! What an experience I had at this Jersey Mike’s. Sub maker extraordinaire Kyle Torrey made me my #55 wrap with no mushrooms, add lettuce, add tomatoes, add chipotle mayo, and all I can say is he did not disappoint. I asked Kyle what the secret was to make a wrap that tasted so good. He said all he added was a “sprinkle of love.” I wish I could rate this location 6 out of 5 stars! I will be going again!!!
