I just left the Jersey Mikes restaurant in Gates NY and was very impressed. I arrived at the location one minute after opening at 10:01 and the open sign was on and the food was HOT! The seating area was clean and the employees were very friendly to engage with! The food was great- I got the chicken Philly. Overall the atmosphere was top notch. Good music, cleanliness, great job! And very friendly to local law enforcement. Thank you!

I ordered a chicken salad bowl through DoorDash. It arrived in great time. The bowl was loaded with shredded lettuce and pickles but the amount of chicken salad was almost nonexistent (see photo)
What was there tasted great but I wish I had gotten the full serving that I paid for. I will be thinking hard before spending my $$ there again .

Kyle is my hero:)
I was having a terrible day but Kyle’s warm smile and hearty jokes made me feel uplifted and improved my mood exponentially. He recommended the #4 sub, and my life hasn’t been the same since! Ever since that moment, my relationship with my wife has improved, my back problems have disappeared, and I won the lottery yesterday. Kyle then repaired my car free of charge. Ultimately my life would not be the same today without Jersey Mike’s worker Kyle Torrey…give him a raise!

Short version don’t go to this one around lunch- 4 pm the crew sucks… other then the one that cashed me out she was cool.
It wasn’t the best experience for me at this Jersey Mike’s they was rude and short didn’t let me say my order keep asking are you done. They made a mistake on the order before mines and stayed upset. That’s part one
The food was “Meh” at best! I go to the one on the other side of town and it great never had a bad experience with them… won’t go back around this time again if I’m on this side the one that cook my sub didn’t put any seasoning on it and the man that made my cold sub didn’t put any meat on it alot of veggies and way to much oil!

I am a teacher within the Gates Chili Community. I received a discount deal through our front office that was valid to the end of the year 12/31/2025. The deal was buy a regular sandwich get a regular sandwich for free. On the back of the card it said “valid at this location for one customer PER visit, PER day”. I went in and ordered and used this deal and the Manager of the store took the card and ripped it up in my face. I asked him why he did that and he said bc it’s valid for one use. I asked him to read the card he did out loud and said exactly what is said above and still threw the card away. If you are going to give a deal to teachers, go through with your deal and don’t be rude. I hope this message is viewed by the right people. Absolutely ridiculous to hand out a deal to teachers that is good till the end of the year, and can be used everyday as it says on the back of their own card, just for the MANAGER to rip it up in your face. This store should never get business!
