Placed an order for delivery at 11:20. Its 12:56 no food, Unable to contact anyone at the store. It just beeps and beeps then goes dead. I tried reaching out online to get a refund at least, but there is no one to contact according to the website because this is a franchise. Tried reaching out to door dash. Thanks for the great start to my week. UPDATE: Husband went down there at 1:59 still no food, workers say door dasher most likely ate my food and never delivered it, and somehow now I have to take it up with door dash when I ordered through the JERSEY MIKE APP no through door dash. What a waste of time. ALSO FYI the easiest solution would have been to just remake it, but by all means call your manager to figure it out.

My first time going here, my sub ( a “giant” club supreme ). Discovered it was lacking the BACON, lettuce, tomato and onion upon getting home. Called and was told I had to “ask” for those items when ordering. Not a happy guy right now. Drove 25 miles round trip for a hack job sub. Not likely to return at this point.

I enjoy Jersey Mike’s overall, but this location almost always makes my order incorrectly. They hardly ever use the bread choice I selected and very frequently add toppings I didnt request, just wasting ingredients I didn’t even ask for. I typically order on the app because the points add up quickly towards a free sub, but super annoying to almost never actually get what you want for a very expensive sandwich.. Never been bad enough to not be edible but for the price, would be nice to actually receive what I asked for.

Ordered a pastrami and swiss with nothing on it from the app. When I got home it had onions. This is the second time that this has happened. It really does smell bad.

Was out and about and decided to give them a try for the first time (Norwich NY). I must say for an almost 20.00 for a 12 inch sub I was not very impressed. I ordered a regular sized Philly cheese steak thinking it would be a regular 12 inch sub and naaa it was a 6 inch sub, I was not offered any toppings on the sub. It was cooked thrown into a bag and handed off to the cashier. I as well ordered an extra large Turkey sub around 20 bucks and the extra large is of course the regular 12 inch sub with very little meat and about ten lbs of lettuce thrown on it. Very little toppings offered. Lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Sorry jersey mikes you just can’t hack the sandwich making art.

Multiple health code violations constantly cross contamination issues it’s getting ridiculous . My mother is a vegan I order the 64 portabella mushroom and each and every time I have to correct them to clean the slicer change gloves and not too put meat next to the VEGAN sandwich . After today I will be calling the health department and making a formal complaint then on top of all of that the employees are rude and have a mouth .

I’m not sure who the young man was tonight working but he is absolutely amazing! He interacted so well with my son and actually got him to try salami and order a sandwich. My son struggles with food sensitivity and watching him eat that sub on the ride home made my night. I want to thank you so much for your kind heart and beautiful personality. There needs to be so many more people like you in the world. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

My experience was great! But he advised that this is a small area so seating is VERY limited. There are only two pub style tables and one four person table. I think the.mear was sliced a bit thicker than usual too, but still great!
