Very clean and friendly staff greeted and waited on in a timely manner. I like my philly cheese steak sub a specific Way they do a great job at accommodating my preferences. I would highly recommend the Cookies are soft fresh and heaven in your mouth.

Just gross. Everyone touches your food with the same gloves they’re occupied doing other things with and hardly see anyone changing them. The worker tried touching mine after cashing someone out and handling cash. I had to ASK for her to change her gloves. Will never go again not even worth it for the price

I walked in and the restaurant was spotless and I was welcomed in by the two friendly women behind the counter. The food was delicious, Joann and Michelle worked as a team to complete my order and cash me out, making it a quick process. I’ll 100% be visiting here again!

They have great ingredients but when I order a veggie sub, there are no veggies… I would expect more for being $16. Did not fill me at all. I could have went next door Price Chopper and paid $3 for a roll and cheese if I wanted just bread.

Used to be great when they first opened but now they have forgotten entire parts of our to-go orders several times. Dining out is too expensive for them to then make your order consistently incorrectly and/or forget entire subs. We will no longer be going here.

The amount of meat they put on a sub at this location was pitiful. I asked for a pepperoni and salami sub and initially was given two thin slices of each. I asked for more and was given a total of what you see in the pictures I shared.

Went in at 7:05 pm on a wensday and they are out of all breeds. They could only make bowls are you serious? How are you even sub shop?!?!?

I always liked getting subs from here but last time I went I got a blt sub and as I was eating I felt a weird texture in my mouth, at first I thought it was a chewy piece of bacon but It wasn’t it was a some type of metal wire that I pulled out of my mouth..I was very disappointed and it made me want to throw the sandwich out, I’m just glad I didn’t swallow it because I could have been hurt !

Okay, so this is the second sub I’ve gotten from here. First one, like first day they were open, was meh.
This time the sub was way better! I scored 3 stars for service because after the first girl cut and placed my meat and cheese, it was probably 5 minutes until someone else stepped up to finish my sub! I was kind of miffed at that. But she finished the sub well and packaged it as I requested. I originally had put 4 stars for service but the more I thought about it, at 12:30pm I should not have had to wait that long when NOBODY ELSE was ahead of me. Actually one person who came in after me got done before me somehow, but she had to wait for her husband’s sub to get done. That should be corrected. The person who started my sub should have finished. Still was a very tasty sub. I’ll go back.

Ordered online. Got there 5 minutes after my pickup time and it was not ready. 4 people came in after me and they made their food first. And then another guy whose pickup order was also not ready lol 17 minutes later one of the girls looks up at me and goes “oh, sorry!” And gives me my order that has been sitting there. I went back in around 10 minutes after eating to use the restroom and the other guy in there for pickup was still waiting ♀️
