I ordered on door dash tonight. I had to make a change to my order the person who answered the phone and made my order was beyond pleasant and accommodating 8:29. he was genuinely happy to have intercepted my call to get my order right. I was wowwwd jersey mikes please acknowledge him. i tried to call several timea to get his name but my job was pulling me in the opposite direction. the food was great but the service was amazing. please recognize him for me he deserves it he really provided a wow experience! a rare employee

My first time being there the place is not bad at all. It’s clean inside. The employees are respectful and nice when you go inside you feel like you’re inside or old. Nice bar dining is beautiful thing. I take care because they have the kids is a beautiful place the food wasn’t that bad me first I’m trying to get the price are too high and do not worth that muchbut everything else is fine. The food was in bed. I read it eight out of 10.

The Altamonte Ave location in Schenectady NY is the only location I will go to. Every time I go in the staff is amazing. I am gluten free and they have done amazing at keeping me safe. I have yet to have a reaction with them. After 20 years of being GF it’s wonderful to find a sub spot that is so dedicated. The one time I went in when they had no GF bread they gave me a free GF cookie. This location is the best one.
